The crude death rate of cancer in the six provinces of northwest China from 2013 to 2021 showed an increasing trend (AAPC = 3.96%, p < 0.001).The age-standardized mortality rate of cancer in six provinces in northwest China was overall stable from 2013 to 2021 (AAPC = − 0.13%, p = 0.928) but exhibited a decreasing trend from 2017 to 2021 (AAPC = − 5.64%, p = 0.047).
The mean IL-6 levels at baseline, after 24 and 48 h, were significantly higher in Group 1 compared to the other groups, with a decreasing trend observed in Group 1 ( p = 0.001) and Group 2 ( p = 0.004).
Among these, 27 demonstrated highly significant effects at p < 0.001 (Table 2 ).
The moderation effects of child gender and problem severity were highly significant ( p < 0.001).
Following treatment with dupilumab, the patients in the 6–11-year-old cohort showed an increasing trend in c-ACT scores at each follow-up timepoint ( P <0.001) [Figure 1 D].
Although there was no significant association between ponesimod systemic exposure (AUC ss ) or PD end points (LC ss or ΔLC ss ) and ARRs, there was a highly significant association between CUALs and ARRs, resulting in a MVOF decrease of 34.838 points (df = 1, p < 0.001).
Results indicates a highly significant difference between the two (χ 2 = 19.39, p < 0.001), indicating that the relative impact of trust in technology on i-vote is significantly larger than that of trust in government.
The distinct core and proximal clustering were even more pronounced when only highly significant motifs (linear regression p ≤ 0.001) were used for the analysis (Fig. 2e–h ).
A highly significant difference was observed between the two groups ( p < 0.001).
Swelling showed a significant decrease ( P < 0.05) and trismus scores were highly significant ( P < 0.001).
We found a highly significant positive correlation ( p < 0.001) between the budding groups and tumour grade.
These differences in reported pleasantness were highly significant ( p < 0.001, bootstrap).
This difference in access by school type was highly significant ( P <.001; middle school OR 0.2, 95% CI 0.1-0.5, reference vocational high school).
Genes were categorized into the following significance levels: highly significant ( p < 0.001 and | log2 FC| > 2), very significant ( p < 0.01 and | log2 FC| > 1.5), significant up ( p < 0.05 and | log2 FC| > 1.0), significant down ( p < 0.05 and log2 FC < -1.0), marginally significant ( p < 0.1), and not significant ( p ≥ 0.1).
We specifically selected 10 hallmark gene sets that showed highly significant differences (P < 0.001) or played crucial roles in tumor progression, presenting group comparisons in Fig. 4 B.
The mutations (D67N, M184V), (M184V, T215SY), and (M41ML, L74LI, V75VI, M184V, T215TNS) were highly significant associated with high-level resistance, represented by 1.8% each ( p <0.001).
Increases of Si concentration were found to be highly significant ( p < 0.001) for vegetative tissue in case of medium (Si-10) and high application rates (Si-50) and for root tissue only in the latter case.
Incubations with any concentration of LD fucoidan tested resulted in a highly significant protection of cell viability (all p < 0.001) (1 μg/mL 83.25 ± 3.60%; 10 μg/mL 101.75 ± 4.71%; 50 μg/mL 100.88 ± 5.51%; 100 μg/mL 92.75 ± 7.03%) ( Figure 2 b).
We also performed a logistic regression on the first squeeze of each sequence for each individual monkey, and both effects were also significant at the subject level except for the reward size effect on monkey D which was only marginally significant (monkey A: β (sequence length) = − 0.82 ± 0.05, t (2740) = −15.83, p < 0.001, β (reward size) = 0.89 ± 0.05, t (2740) = 13.09, p < 0.001; monkey D: β (sequence length) = − 0.12 ± 0.05, t (1553) = − 2.41, p = 0.02, β (reward size) = − 0.09 ± 0.05, t (1553) = − 1.83, p = 0.07; monkey E: β (sequence length) = − 1.21 ± 0.10, t (1491) = − 11.78, p < 0.001, β (reward size) = 0.83 ± 0.07, t (1491) = 12.66, p < 0.001).
