G-Rb1 improves insulin sensitivity in db/db obese diabetic mice In G-Rb1-treated db/db mice, fasting insulin levels and homeostasis model assessment of basal insulin resistance were significantly lower than those in vehicle-treated db/db mice after 14 days of treatment ( Table 1 , p < 0.05), whereas fasting glucose levels showed a decreasing trend compared with those in vehicle-treated db/db mice ( p > 0.05).
