In contrast, in the cecum, while the expression levels of CLA1 and CLA3 remained unchanged with age, CLA5 indicated a decreasing trend with age ( P = 0.069).

There were no significant differences between the pre- and post-treatment values of the serum CTACK, MDC, TARC and ECP levels but CTACK showed a decreasing trend ( P = 0.069).

Compared with TIGAR WT, TIGAR KO showed a decreasing trend in spleen infiltration in AML mice (AML proportion: 36.7% vs. 26.7%, P = 0.069, Fig. 2 C, D).

It should be notable that the PRL of the metformin group showed a decreasing trend (from 1737.360 ± 626.918 to 1618.625 ± 640.865, t = 1.759, P = 0.086), while that of the placebo group showed an increasing trend (from 2676.470 ± 1269.234 to 2860.933 ± 1317.376, t = 1.866, P = 0.069).

From day 45 to 75 of pregnancy, Firmicutes abundance exhibited a decreasing trend ( P = 0.069), whereas levels of Proteobacteria tended to increase ( P = 0.053).

No significant effects were observed on total SCFA concentration ( p > 0.05); however, isoacid levels showed a decreasing trend ( p = 0.069; Table 3 ).

The soluble Aβ42 levels in both AAD-66 and SI treated groups compared with the vehicle treated group showed a decreasing trend (p = 0.0692, p = 0.2451, respectively) (Fig. 3E ).

ALT showed a decreasing trend after MHP to 21.3 ± 9.3 U/L ( n = 6, p = 0.0696), though the change did not reach statistical significance.

In the multivariable analysis of covariance, high Framingham risk scores were significantly associated with decreased eGFRs after transplantation at 6 months and 1 year (p < 0.001 for both), and eGFRs showed a decreasing trend at 2 and 3 years (p = 0.07 and p = 0.09, respectively).

In addition, the Obese group had a decreasing trend ( P = 0.07) in the maternal serum progesterone level ( Figure 1F ).

Compared with the α-SMA mRNA level in the model group, there was no significant change in the levels in the P 10 group, a decreasing trend was observed in the P 30 and P 300 groups ( p = 0.07 and p = 0.06, respectively, n = 3), and a significant decrease was observed in the P 100 group ( p < 0.05, n = 3) (Fig. 1 I).

The ANCOVA models demonstrated that at the levodopa visit, compared to “medication‐off” state, the tremor complexity was significantly increased in “medication‐on” state ( p = 0.007); however, at the benzhexol visit, compared to “medication‐off” state, there was a decreasing trend of tremor complexity toward significance in “medication‐on” state ( p = 0.07).

The baseline C‐peptide levels were relatively low compared with the normal range and regardless of the duration of T2DM and the patients' BMI, and a decreasing trend in the levels of C‐peptide was observed after administration, particularly in patients with a T2DM history of 10 years ( P < .07; Table 2 ).

Fecal serotonin & improvement of psychosocial behaviour A stable level of fecal serotonin was observed in the IG while a decreasing trend was found in the CG ( p = 0.07, 249.36–220.60 pg/mg of feces) (Fig. 2 a).

However, tyrosine, which is derived from phenylalanine, was not elevated; on the contrary, its concentration showed a decreasing trend that did not reach statistical significance ( P = 0.07).

Post hoc analysis demonstrated a decreasing trend in the index with MS-KO mice compared with AFR-KO mice ( P =0.070), whereas such a trend was not detected with WT mice ( P =0.250).

The estimated SMD based on the multilevel random-effects model did not differ significantly overall ( Table 6 , Supplementary Figure S2F , see online supplementary material for a color version of this figure), although it showed a decreasing trend ( P = 0.07, SMD = −0.669).

Furthermore, the BLV-negative, LMS-treated group showed a decreasing trend on Day 14 ( p = 0.07) ( Figure 4 ).

It should be noted that the number of nocturnal urinations ( P = 0.049) significantly decreased in group B, and a decreasing trend was also observed in urine volume ( P = 0.07) during the night.

We did observe a decreasing trend for the amount of scatter + EVs on the CD9 capture spot ( p = 0.07) (Figure 4h ), but the amount of EVs detected was below the limit of reliable detection.

In the COVID-19-naive patients, when age was categorised in three groups (<60 years, 60–69 years and ≥70 years), no statistical difference was observed ( p = 0.018) but the evidence for a decreasing trend in Ab titres related to an increase in age was borderline significant ( p = 0.07) ( Figure 1 D–F) ( Table S5 ).

Estradiol also showed a decreasing trend in GPER OD that was close to statistical significance (P = 0.07).
