The contemporary global context is characterized by a marked trend of population aging, with the prevalence of osteoporosis among individuals over the age of 50 in China exceeding 19.2%, and reaching 32% among those over 65. 4 In addition to lowering patients’ quality of life, bone metabolic diseases like osteoporosis and osteoarthritis place a heavy strain on families and society as a whole.
According to the 2024 Report on Adolescent Mental Health and Academic Status published by the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the screening rates for depression, anxiety, and other emotional disorders have exceeded 25%, indicating a marked trend toward earlier onset, greater severity, and increased complexity.
BMI is an indicator for measuring obesity, and there is a marked trend of increasing obesity in younger populations, accompanied by a rapidly rising burden.
A marked trend was detected, with most neuronal signaling gene profiles overexpressed in fasted pigs relative to controls and underexpressed in immunostimulated pigs relative to controls (Table 3 ).

The frequency distribution shows a marked trend toward higher scores in the exponential case, especially for d ≥ 3.
Notably, treatment with 60 μM D-cycloserine exhibited a marked trend toward restoring LTP in these interneurons, although statistical significance was not yet achieved—possibly due to the need for higher concentrations or prolonged pre-incubation.
Pancreatic insulin content also showed a marked trend toward higher levels in Leucettinib-92-treated GK rats compared to untreated animals ( Figure 4 E).

Similarly, AphPHYA-B1-GFP driven by the ApuPHYA promoter ( Pro ApuPHYA-B2 ::AphPHYA-B1-GFP ) showed a marked trend toward increased submergence-induced protein accumulation compared to Pro AphPHYA-B1 ::AphPHYA-B1-GFP (Fig. 5k and Supplementary Fig. 5b, c ).
Additionally, twin-bearing ewes showed a marked trend towards higher blood lactate concentrations compared to those carrying singletons. 3.1.4.
Those accounted for the majority of surgeries, and their increased use was observed in all age groups, with a marked trend in both pediatric and elderly populations.

Moreover, the small sample, which did not even contain all types of B3 lesions, made it difficult to obtain statistically significant results, especially in the analysis of histological types of B3 lesions, where we observed a marked trend toward upgrade in ADH lesions.
Overall, there is a marked trend of increased NFKB1 expression across all variants, especially with the P.1 and Delta variants, whereas BA.1 and BA.2 uniquely induces a decrease in NFKB1 expression in the lung tissues ( Fig. 1 ).
