In our larger mild dementia cohort, we did not detect a benefit of tDCS on K-MMSE–defined global cognition, but we did observe a small, statistically significant advantage in confrontation naming (K-BNT) favoring active tDCS and a numerical trend toward greater change on the RCFT in the active arm.
