Although unpowered to assess the prognostic or predictive impact of EGFR mutation and copy number, a possible trend toward a positive predictive role of the mutation (and copy number) was proposed in JBR10. • LACE BIO (ANITA, JBR10, IALT and CALBG 9633) : High class III beta tubulin (TUBB3) expression maintained the negative prognostic impact seen in previous analysis (HR for death = 1.3; p = .001).
Although statistical significance was not reached, patients with type 3 lymphatic patterns exhibited numerically longer durations of pleural effusion and hospital stay, suggesting a possible trend toward more complex postoperative courses, consistent with the previous literature.[ 2 , 3 , 7 ] However, these findings should be interpreted with caution due to the exploratory nature of the study and small subgroup sizes.
Whatever the concentration of plasmid DNA, ssbB Δ 7 and wildtype cells behaved similarly; a possible trend toward a ∼2-fold higher transformation rate in ssbB Δ 7 than in wildtype cells at high plasmid DNA concentrations was tentatively attributed to the increased protection of ssDNA in the former cells ( Figure 5 ).
Unfortunately, that particular “cooling cap” did not yield a significant difference between cerebral temperature and bladder temperature (taken as a surrogate for systemic temperature), and there were no differences in mortality or neurologic outcome between the groups.[ 9 ] In 2001, the NABISH I trial identified a possible trend toward improved outcome in patients who were hypothermic at the time of admission when treated with ongoing hypothermia.
Fluorescence spectroscopy of tissue lysates from PEG-DMG-LNP-treated animals revealed no statistically significant differences in tumor accumulation but showed a possible trend towards more tumor accumulation when animals were pre-treated with liposomes for both Cy5.5 (control 3.17 % vs liposomes 5.92 %) ( Fig. 3 f) and Cy7 (control 3.61 % vs liposomes 7.04 %) ( Fig. 3 g).
