3.7 Validation of genes based on ML models and IF analysis In order to fully verify the organisational heterogeneity of CXCR4 between DVT patients and the control group, based on the results of differential analysis quantified by the external validation set, CXCR4 also demonstrated low expression as DEGs, exhibiting a significant trend between the two groups.
A significant trend was observed in which smoker subjects with chronic periodontitis exhibited an increase in serum and saliva NO levels compared to those in nonsmoker subjects with chronic periodontitis, and in turn nonsmoker subjects with chronic periodontitis had greater NO levels in serum and saliva than the healthy controls.
In our study, we analyzed the trend of PBT ratios, and we found that there was a significant trend of decreasing ratios of PBT over time, which declined from 29.1% (114/392) in 2000 to 11.2% in 2019 (149/1178), which was consistent with Ecker et al .’ 5 results, with the highest blood transfusion ratio in 2005 at 43.7% (220/504).
From all mice generated, five corresponding mice (see Table 1 ) were analyzed for tumor volumes and survival times with a significant trend to show reduced tumor volumes and increased survival times in KPC A8KO mice (Fig S7), however this finding is not sufficiently powered due to the low number of KPC A8KO mice generated over the breeding period and due to the heterogeneity of the observed tumor characteristics.
This indicates that these [Hf(BH 4 ) 2 L 2 ] molecules are more stable than the original [Hf(BH 4 ) 4 ] precursor and thus do not improve the potential decomposition route. There also does not seem to be a significant trend between O- or N-based ligands since they all contain similar levels of complexity (−OH vs −NH 2 ) with comparable E D values.
