There was, however, a significant trend for increased evening cortisol within 12 h of seizures, which may become more pronounced with more accurate seizure capture.

While post-treatment EEG abnormalities did not significantly differ between the groups, a significant trend toward improved EEG outcomes was observed in the intervention group.
