The OS in HCC patients with higher expression of Globo H (mean: 89.9, 95% CI: 77.3–102.5 months) was also shorter than those with lower expression of Globo H, albeit with borderline significance (mean: 112.3, 95% CI: 105.7–118.9 months; p = 0.05) [ Fig. 2 B].
The borderline significance was defined as the P > 0.05, but < 0.10 (0.05 ≤ P < 0.10).
