We observed the same trends when we selectively analyzed the data from oligodendroglioma patients, though the differences in IFN-γ or TNF-α concentration between screening and day of surgery time points in arm 1 patients only achieved borderline significance because of the smaller number of cases ( P = 0.06, Supplemental Figure 4B ).
