The analysis for Progression-Free Survival (PFS) showed a trend towards increased risk (HR = 2.68; 95% CI: 0.98–7.52; p = 0.061; I 2 = 80.4%) but did not reach statistical significance.

Likewise, a history of neuropsychiatric symptoms (NPSLE) showed a trend toward association with HSB (OR 8.35, 95% CI 1.31 to 167.79, p=0.061), though this did not reach statistical significance (see table 2 ).

Fecal acetate showed a trend toward increase that did not reach statistical significance (baseline: 42.1 ± 8.2 μmol/g; week 12: 48.2 ± 9.8 μmol/g; p = 0.062).

While the correlation between IGF‐1 and bone mineral content did not reach statistical significance, a positive trend was observed ( r = 0.44, p = 0.062).

Results In the Frontal Assessment Battery, which evaluates frontal lobe function, a significant trend was observed in the interaction between group and time (p = 0.062), and although an improvement trend was observed in the intervention group, the change did not reach statistical significance.

While combination ICI with chemotherapy showed a trend toward increased risk (HR: 1.664; 95% CI: 0.974–2.848; p = 0.063), and ICI monotherapy showed a trend toward reduced risk (HR: 0.613; 95% CI: 0.352–1.062; p = 0.082), these findings did not reach statistical significance.

Specifically, LV fractional area change showed a negative trend (B = -26.72, β = -0.300, p = 0.063), suggesting that higher LV contractility might be related to lower birth weight, although this did not reach statistical significance.

A marginal trend was observed in the Angry task ( P = 0.063), whereas the remaining projective picture tasks (Picture 2 and Picture 3) did not reach statistical significance ( P = 0.193 and P = 0.247, respectively).

Although the difference for excessive fear was almost significant (GLMM: p = 0.063), it did not reach statistical significance.

Female gender showed a trend toward lower willingness that did not reach statistical significance in the crude analysis (crude OR = 0.74, 95% CI: 0.54–1.02, p = 0.063).

For culture-proven sepsis, no significant associations were observed with biomarkers at 24 and 120 h ( p > 0.05); only CRP levels at 72 h were independently and significantly associated with culture-proven sepsis ( p = 0.049), whereas PCT levels did not reach statistical significance and showed only borderline significance ( p = 0.063) ( Table 5 ). 4.

However, this model did not reach statistical significance at the conventional threshold, although it showed a trend toward significance (R 2 = 0.556, adjusted R 2 = 0.309, p = 0.064).

Trends among individuals aged 25–34, 45–54, 55–64, and 65–74 years did not reach statistical significance although some point estimates suggested continued increase in some groups, with trends approaching significance among 45–54 (p=0.064) and 65-74 years (p=0.054).

Meanwhile, although the omega-3 group showed a lower increase in the percentage of incorporated EPA, the omega-3 group did not reach statistical significance, instead showing a trend of borderline significance ( p = 0.064).

Although total retinal sensitivity showed a negative trend with age, this correlation did not reach statistical significance ( P = 0.065).

Survival analysis revealed that high ITGAV expression was significantly associated with poor overall survival ( p = 0.031), while ITGB3 showed a negative trend that did not reach statistical significance ( p = 0.065) (Fig. 1 C–D).
