Treatment with specific SARS-CoV-2 peptides led to a highly significant increased IFN-γ-release (3.93 ± 0.71 IU/mL vs. 0.34 ± 0.10 IU/mL; p < 0.0001) in convalescents compared to unstimulated whole blood.

Looking at the association between BCR reactivity of DLBCL cells and the presence of hypophosphorylated Ars2 isoform overall, considering data from both cell lines and cases with cryospecimenderived recombinant Fab, the association was statistically highly significant (Fisher exact t -test: two-tailed P <0.0001).
