A two-way ANOVA yielded a highly significant interaction (F(10,22) = 14.21; p<0.0001) between gene copy and developmental stage that had not been reported in earlier studies ( Himi et al., 2001 ), and is indicative of differential gene expression between CrLFY1 and CrLFY2 that is dependent on developmental stage.
