For example, of 596 genes in cluster 6A ( Figure 6 ) ( R 2 =0.505), 165 were involved in the process of worm growth according the Gene Ontology annotations, representing a highly significant enrichment of gene function in this cluster ( P < 10 −49 ) (Supplementary Data).
