Among LI participants, and consistent with previous reports, 32 , 34 near-misses evoked significant or near-significant positive BOLD responses within the ventral striatum (t(23)=1.7438, P =0.0945), putamen (t(23)=2.0959, P =0.0473) and amygdala (t(23)=2.89, P =0.0083) (see Figure 3 ).
Temperature and humidity interacted as near-significant predictors of harmful response behaviour ( X 2 = 2.790, p = 0.095; individually temperature X 2 = 5.595, p = 0.018; humidity X 2 = 4.913, p = 0.027); there was a weak non-significant positive correlation between temperature and response ( t = 1.214, d.f. = 383, p = 0.226, r = 0.062) and a non-significant weak negative correlation between humidity and response ( t = −0.946, d.f. = 383, p = 0.345, r = −0.050).
Progression-Free Survival and Workflow Variables: The progression-free survival (PFS) patterns paralleled those observed for OS: median PFS was not reached in patients without pre-biopsy corticosteroid exposure, whereas patients who received steroids had a median PFS of 10.5 months, with a near-significant difference observed in log-rank testing ( p = 0.095).
These values were significantly higher than those at the 30 min time point ( p < 0.01), and linalyl acetate in the 10% group showed a near-significant difference compared to the 5% group at 60 min ( p = 0.095).
The overall AEFIs reporting rate did not increase significantly after the adjustment (RR = 0.95, 95%CI : 0.83–1.08, P = .442), but notable dose-specific heterogeneity was observed: a near-significant increase for the first dose (RR = 1.67, P = .096), significant decreases for the second and third doses (RR = 0.70 and 0.40, respectively), and a substantially higher rate for the newly added fifth dose (684.84 per 100,000 doses).
