This might have influenced some results, such as the relationship between baseline axial length and change in CVI over time and the effect of age at baseline on stromal thickness which were of borderline significance, which were of borderline significance.

However, examination of bias-modification programmes for anxiety reveals weak effects of borderline significance (observed effect sizes, 0.07–0.42). 8 In contrast, for a mindfulness programme aimed at patients with established bipolar disorder, a significant change is observed with an effect size of 0.52 on an intention-to-treat basis.

However, in multivariate analysis, SBRT dose (p = 0.0072) was the most significant factor, while Child-Pugh stage of borderline significance.

26 – 28 We observed a slightly higher azithromycin resistance prevalence in E coli isolates from children randomly assigned to the azithromycin group at 3 months but this difference of borderline significance was no longer present at 6 months, consistent with transient increases observed in some mass drug administration trials. 4 – 7 , 29 Our study had high retention (>99%), a well characterised study population, complete adherence to the first dose of study medication, and high adherence to the full 5-day course reported by caregivers.

Although the p -value indicated a significant reduction in AEs with acupuncture, the upper limit of the confidence interval included 1(RR = 0.71; 95% CI 0.49 to 1.01; p < 0.05), suggesting that the observed difference was of borderline significance.

A second component was of borderline significance with an Eigenvalue of 1.00 and mainly represented the question on contraception (loading of 0.99), in keeping with the lower item-rest correlation (see Table 2 ).

The main limitation is that although the trial was larger than most previous studies of intermittent fasting, some findings of borderline significance could have become clearer if the sample size was larger.
