LA Total -GLS and LA Conduit -GLS showed a trend towards significant difference between non-hypertrophied cFD patients without LGE (LVH-/LGE-) and controls (32 ± 8%(LA Total -GLS) vs. 38 ± 5%(Controls), p = 0.04; 21 ± 5% (LA Conduit -GLS) vs. 24 ± 4% (Controls), p = 0.05, Fig. 3 C,D).
Dimethyl sulfone ( p = 0.00139) showed a trend towards reduction after acupuncture and its change ( p = 0.04, β =1.97) was positively associated with reduction in the psychoneurological symptom cluster.
Results A univariate analysis showed that CD133 expression in male patients at the late stage (II and III) was significantly associated with worse progression-free survival (PFS) ( P = 0.0057) and overall survival (OS) ( P = 0.015), and a multivariate analysis showed a trend toward worse OS ( P = 0.041).
Ten patients with FTP 2 were responded after and showed a trend of a superior response than those with FTP 3–4 (10/11 vs. 14/25, p = 0.041), indicating that a higher FTP may predict an increased risk of nonresponse to CCT.
Within the BD group, subjective distress correlated with RSQ anger (ρ = –0.65, p = 0.012, q = 0.025) and showed a trend-level association with RSQ anxiety (ρ = 0.55, p = 0.041, q = 0.05), whereas no significant correlations were observed in controls.
IL-6, IL-10, and IL-15 concentrations showed a trend towards higher levels in the amelanotic OMM samples (4.22 pg/mL and 0.74 pg/mL, p = 0.042; 13.21 pg/mL and 1.67 pg/mL, p = 0.038; 3.89 pg/mL and 0.71 pg/mL, p = 0.066, respectively; Table 11 ).
Preterm delivery (PTD) showed a trend toward lower rates in the LMWH group; this was statistically significant in the one-sided Fisher’s exact test ( p = 0.042), although not by chi-square ( p = 0.089).
Furthermore, patients in group A showed a trend to lower PD-L1 TPS values ( p = 0.042–0.452 for various cut-off values, Table 1 ), which was also associated with poorer response to ICI therapy in the current (Supplementary Table 1) and previous studies [ 30 ].
Within the compartment-consistent set, the only BH-significant association was Vorinostat (HDAC pan; KW P = 0.003, BH P = 0.035) with C3-favored sensitivity ( Figure 5D , left panel); Crizotinib (ALK/ROS1/MET) showed a trend-level signal (KW P = 0.042, BH P = 0.14; Figure 5D , right panel). 4.
Increasing maternal age showed a trend toward reduced live birth in multivariable models (all adenomyosis: aOR 0.88 per year, 95% CI 0.77-0.99, p=0.042; direct marker analysis: aOR 0.86 per year, 95% CI 0.75-0.99, p=0.037).
PCoA analysis of the bacterial community showed a trend toward separation based on ripening stage, although with substantial overlap among groups (R = 0.2153, P = 0.043).
Moreover, 3D LV radial strain showed a trend toward reduction in the obese group (36.1 ± 5.2% vs. 38.6 ± 4.1%, p = 0.043), though this does not survive correction for multiple comparisons and should be interpreted cautiously.
When grouping cases with mTLS and/or LA together in PTs or pMets, positive cases showed a trend, not reaching statistical significance, toward longer OS but not PFS in pMets (Log rank p = 0.043 and 0.34).
Although we did not observe a 3‐way interaction of group × condition × response ( F (3,105) = 2.041, p = 0.113, partial η 2 = 0.055), we observed that irrespective of the stimulus condition the low perceivers showed a trend towards increased confidence in reporting the absence of the target compared to the high perceivers (significant group × response: F (1,35) = 4.382, p = 0.044 partial η 2 = 0.111, with post hoc pairwise comparisons yes: F (1,35) = 0.698, p = 0.409, partial η 2 = 0.020; no: F (1,35) = 2.696, p = 0.110, partial η 2 = 0.072) (Figure 3E ).
In the stationary pattern condition, post hoc analysis showed a trend toward an increased PPD ratio [uncorrected p = 0.044; corrected p = 0.088], whereas no significant difference was observed in the moving pattern condition (uncorrected p = 0.230; corrected p = 0.460) (Fig. 3 B).
Positive surgical margin rates showed a trend toward improvement over time ( χ 2 = 12.9, df = 6, p = 0.044).
At 10 mo, Rer1 showed a trend towards a significantly reduced expression in 5XFAD female mice (Fig. 5 K) (Genotype: F(1,10) = 5.315, p = 0.044; RGs: F(2,20) = 0.402, p = 0.674; Genotype*RGs: F(2,20) = 0.537, p = 0.593).
Divergence emerged over time: at 4 and 5 months the tUS– group showed a trend toward lower DI values compared to tUS+ (p = 0.044 and p = 0.017 uncorrected; Bonferroni-adjusted p = 0.265 and p = 0.101, respectively).
This showed a trend towards improved survival for patients with baseline sSema4D < 41.74 ng/mL (log-rank 4.045, p = 0.044; Figure 3 B).
In addition, exploratory biomarker analyses, including the assessment of EGFR gene copy number by FISH, EGFR and p-AKT protein expression by IHC, EGFR, K-RAS and D-RAF mutational status, showed a trend towards a better survival outcome for gefitinib in patients with high EGFR-gene-copy number (HR 0.61 for high copy number and HR 1.16 for low copy number, P = .045), while patients with EGFR mutations obtained higher RR than wild-type patients (37.5% versus 2.6%) [ 31 ].
Among females aged 16–18 years, infection was more frequently associated with attending college and rural schools, and showed a trend towards increasing prevalence with increasing social deprivation ( P =0.045).
In contrast, patients with a dilated left atrium (LAVi ≥ 40 mL/m 2 ) showed a trend toward worse outcomes with propafenone, including higher 1-month mortality (HR 3.6, p = 0.045) and slower cardioversion (median 18 h vs. 6.4 h with amiodarone, p = 0.05) ( 56 ).
However, we did not observe a significant prognostic impact of HR FISH as defined by the R2‐ISS classification in NDMM patients, and in RRMM, HR FISH showed a trend toward shorter PFS (median: 6.5 vs. 11.6 months, p = 0.045) and OS (median: 19.7 months vs. not reached, p = 0.11) (Supporting Information S1: Figure S2 ).
Analyses on specific metabolizer phenotypes showed a trend for higher frequency of CYP2D6 ultrarapid metabolizers (UMs) in remitters compared with non-remitters in patients with TRD (χ 2 = 4.76, p = 0.045), but not in patients without TRD (χ 2 = 0.02, p = 1.00, Supplementary Table S9 ).
And the 12-month DoR rate in OG and CG was 50.0% (95% CI: 27.1–69.2%) and 22.2% (95% CI: 3.4–51.3%), which showed a trend toward marginal statistical significance ( χ 2 =4.034, P =0.045).
