2 , 3 , 4 , 5 The largest long-term trial of aspirin after myocardial infarction, the Aspirin Myocardial Infarction Study ( Figure 1 ), showed a trend to harm (increased mortality) rather than benefit, 5 the authors concluding: “aspirin is not recommended for routine use in patients who have survived a myocardial infarction.” The PARIS-II (Persantine-Aspirin Reinfarction Study Part II) was the second largest, long-term, placebo-controlled trial of an antiplatelet regimen after myocardial infarction ( Figure 1 ).
The TIM-3 aptamer by itself enhanced T cell infiltration in the tumor and showed a trend of prolonged survival in mice; when combined with radiation therapy, it significantly increased median survival and produced some long-term survivors, an effect lost if T cells were depleted. 37 This indicates aptamers can function as immunotherapeutic agents, either alone or as adjuvants to standard treatments like radiotherapy.
The results showed that: the difference of shallow soil moisture in different microtopographies on a slope surface was not significant, the difference of deep soil moisture was significant, and the soil moisture overuse was the largest in the gully (GU), amounting to 386.36 mm, and the smallest in the ephemeral gully (EG) (131.02 mm); the GU, the sink hole (SH), and the scarp (SC) showed a trend of decreasing and then increasing with the increase of soil depth, and the platform (PL) has little overall trend of change in soil moisture with the increase of soil depth, and the soil moisture of US and EG shows the trend of “decreasing-then increasing-then decreasing” with the increase of soil depth.
