Although no correlation was observed between the sCD163 levels and TNM stage in a Spearman’s rho correlation test ( p = 0.141), an intergroup analysis revealed that patients with TNM stage IV tumors showed a trend towards higher sCD163 levels compared to TNM stage 0/I patients ( p = 0.052, Figure 2 B).
A subgroup analysis focusing only on overweight/obese patients with type 2 diabetes revealed that plasma TG levels were significantly reduced in the KD group compared to the control-diet group (standardized mean difference (SMD), -0.32; p = 0.013), while the HDL levels showed a trend to increase with a p-value that tended to be significant (SMD, 0.07; p = 0,052) [ 64 ].
TPS) alone did not influence LRC or PFS, patients with absent early hypoxia response and positive TPS exhibited significantly reduced LRC (HR = 3.374, 95% CI 1.192 - 9.548, p = 0.022) and showed a trend towards impaired PFS (HR = 2.752, 95% CI 0.992 - 7.631, p = 0.052).
Correlation analyses FXN expression correlated inversely with GAA1 length ( r = −0.60; p < 0.001) and showed a trend toward correlation with age at onset ( r = 0.39; p = 0.052).
This analysis confirmed that in the ICI-treated cohort, higher CD40 expression was significantly associated with longer OS (HR 0.991, 95% CI 0.985–0.997; P = 0.003) and showed a trend toward improved PFS (HR 0.995, 95% CI 0.990–1.000; P = 0.052).

The results of the univariate analysis on the ERN showed a trend for an effect of diagnosis [ F (1, 25) = 4.16; p = 0.052] such that alcoholics thus also developed larger negative ERN amplitudes following incorrect responses than the controls (Figs. 5 , 6 ).
A recent phase II trial for patients with residual disease or high-risk pCR after receiving neoadjuvant or postoperative anti-HER2 agents reported that the GP2 vaccine had no significant benefit in DFS in the total population, yet a subset analysis showed a trend toward improved DFS in the HER2+ group that received the GP2 vaccine ( p = 0.052) [ 46 ].
Conscious obese rats also showed a trend toward reduced maximal bradycardia (Figure 4 c; p = 0.052), similar to that seen in type 2 diabetic animals.

Specifically, in Session 1, 3h participants spent significantly more time in the reward containing zone than did both the 30min ( β = 0.08, SE = 0.04, t = 2.09, p = .038) and 27h ( β = 0.09, SE = 0.04, t = 2.19, p = .030) groups and, in Session 2, showed a trend of more time than did the 30min group ( β = 0.08, SE = 0.04, t = 1.96, p = .052); all other pairwise comparisons were not significant (i.e., there were no differences between the 30min group and the 27h group; |t|<1.24, p>0.21).
The difference in the strain of l 1 was significant (P=0.028) between group 2 and group 1 and showed a trend toward statistical significance between group 2 and group 3 (P=0.052).
Notably, it showed a trend for a lower rate of TVR in personalized group (0.2% vs. 1.4%, HR = 0.128, 95% CI, 0.016−1.020, p = .052).
