Participants who were not virally suppressed (i.e., HIV RNA >50 copies/mL) at week 12 (6/11) showed a trend for higher BDG levels in plasma (median 52 pg/mL, range 12–122 pg/mL) when compared to those who were virally suppressed (median 9 pg/mL, range 3–46 pg/mL; p = 0.052, Mann–Whitney U test), while there was no difference at week 24.
This analysis confirmed that in the ICI-treated cohort, higher CD40 expression was significantly associated with longer OS (HR 0.991, 95% CI 0.985–0.997; P = 0.003) and showed a trend toward improved PFS (HR 0.995, 95% CI 0.990–1.000; P = 0.052).
