GPX2 drives shifts in TIME and impacts ICI response In three independent experiments ( figure 5 , online supplemental figure 13 ), tumors grown subcutaneously from MOC1 overexpressing GPX2 in immunocompetent C57BL/6J mice had significantly fewer overall percentage of T cells and decreased percentages of M1-macrophages, with reduced levels of CD8 +T cells significant in 2/3 experiments and trending towards significance in a third replicate experiment.
As the vast majority of children in Canada (80%; Golberstein et al., 2020 ) did not have a mental health problem pre-pandemic, the association of virtual school in high school, with effects trending towards significance replicated in younger grades is an important one, especially since findings appear to be driven by worsening mental health among children without a previous mental health diagnosis.

First, as evidenced by the change in passive range of motion for shoulder flexion trending towards significance, and given the smaller effect sizes of changes observed after tenotomy, the sample size was plausibly too small to detect the difference; in any event, this cohort study should be used to power future investigations.
Additionally, none of the interaction terms were significant (first-time parent status interaction: p = 0.391; education interaction: p = 0.365); however, the interaction between pregnancy planning and prenatal mental healthcare utilization was trending towards significance, in that those who endorsed planned pregnancies and prenatal mental healthcare utilization had more severe depressive symptoms compared to those with unplanned pregnancies and prenatal mental health utilization (β = −2.48, 95% CI [−5.01, 0.05], p = 0.055).
Despite the fewer differentially regulated proteins in the LC dataset 17 of these had very similar fold changes in both LC and ME/CFS datasets (supplementary Table S7 ), despite only some meeting the statistical criteria for significance, with the others trending towards significance.
