Unexpectedly, ADH5 was significantly upregulated in primary melanoma samples of one dataset and showed an increasing trend in melanoma in the other two datasets ( Figure 3 e, left).

The impact of corticosteroid therapy for irAEs on ICI efficacy is unclear; the organ system affected, the primary tumor type, as well as the timing and dose of systemic steroid therapy may be significant [ 21 , 22 , 23 , 24 ].

In general, 40% of patients receiving curative chemoradiation failed to return to work after treatment, but patients randomized to IMPT were more able to keep on working and demonstrated a favorable trend toward higher productivity recovery levels.

In addition, a positive trend was reported in pain management in terms of VAS scores.

GPAT4 is present in lipid droplets and may be significant in TAG synthesis in these organelles [ 29 ].

Most of the studies discussed above have not leveraged these recent advances, and therefore there may be significant potential to advance cervical cancer characterization by utilizing MRS.

Furthermore, the risk escalated with increasing percentages of in-field skin surface area, indicating a significant trend (P trend among exposed = 0.002).

In this regard, they assessed a significant proportion of patients reporting high levels of anxiety, depression, and psychological distress, among females and both among patients and partners, too, by assigning to the female sex a negative trend in psychological conditions among cancer patients.

Notably, PCI was found to significantly improve OS and showed a trend towards improved PFS.

The Griess reaction, ELISA, and qRT-PCR consistently pointed to a definite trend of functional remodeling and a trend towards M2 polarization of the BMDMS cocultured with GL261-GSCs exosomes ( Figure 4 d–f).

The TPS status correlated with a positive trend in ORR.
