The knockdown of Rab9 suppressed Zta expression in HA cells ( p = 0.0448) at a barely significant level ( Figure 2 d).

The results show a highly significant and positive correlation between MAGI2-AS3 and the four mRNAs.

In addition, PARP-1 cleavage fraction, which thought to be a marker of apoptosis, also showed an increasing trend with a higher concentration of TFP treatment and rescued by the pan-caspases inhibitor Z-VAD-FMK ( Figure 1 E).

NIPS using S1 plus palitaxel or docetaxel showed a trend toward improvement in overall survival [ 24 , 25 , 26 ].

IHC analysis of AM404 treated explants showed a trend of decreasing cell proliferation and stemness with increasing differentiation marker ( Figure 4 ).

All statistical tests were two-sided, and p values ≤ 0.05 and ≤ 0.01 were considered to be significant and highly significant, respectively.

Kaplan–Meier survival analysis revealed a highly significant association between the tumor content of IF1 and disease free survival (DFS) of the patients ( Figure 1 C).

Likewise, patients with tumors with low MYBBP1A expression showed a clear trend of worse prognosis, including both disease-free survival (DFS) and overall survival (OS) [ 51 ].

In the C51 tumor model, a clear trend for a marked inhibition of tumor growth in mouse FL Rnaset2 -overexpressing clones compared to control clones was observed, with several time points showing significant difference between FL Rnaset2 and control C51 E and P cells.

A candidate SNP analysis of the NOPHO cohort identified a significant association between VTE and F11 rs2036914 (hazard ratio (HR) 1.52, 95%CI 1.11–2.07), a borderline significant association with FGG rs2066865 (HR 1.37, 95%CI 0.99–1.91) but no association with either ABO rs8176719 or F5 rs6025 [ 17 ].

This analysis of a patient collective, having undergone resection of brain metastases, did not confirm the relevance of hemodynamic parameters, as the mean intraoperative diastolic blood pressure only reached borderline significance.

These effects may be significant during radiobiological studies and could be minimised by removing BioXmark ® from the point-dose calculation.

We observed a clear trend for longer survival outcomes with platinum-based doublet compared to regimens including irinotecan or nal-IRI.

The effect of Si306 was similar in U87-TxR cells, while pro-Si306 showed a trend of decreasing the pAKT/AKT relative expression.
