DMI was highly significant in the NaCl-supplemented group compared to the control group ( Figure 1 A; p < 0.001).
Similarly, the perceived adequacy of the training was highly significant ( p < 0.001): 7.8% of those who considered it adequate reported high scores, compared to 33.3% of those who judged it “not entirely adequate”.
The influence of lactation stage on BLG content was highly significant (ANOVA, p < 0.001).
G3 and G4 groups were higher than the control G2 (+Ve), while G4 showed a highly significant difference ( p < 0.001) compared to the control G2 (+Ve).
This change in CIE a* and b* affected the hue angle; after 20 d of room-temperature storage, the hue-angle value of LTS 50D was below 40, a highly significant difference compared to LTS 0D ( p < 0.001) ( Figure 5 E), indicating that the fruit skin color is more red.
The results revealed highly significant positive correlations ( p < 0.001) between TP content and all three antioxidant assays ( Figure 9 ).
Our relevant new analysis indicates that there is a highly significant negative correlation between protein content and gel consistency (r = −0.97, p < 0.001), a highly significant negative correlation with breakdown (BD) (r = −0.89, p < 0.001), and a significant negative correlation with setback (SB) (r = −0.62, p < 0.05).
However, all glycated conjugates exhibited a highly significant decrease in α-helix content ( p < 0.001), dropping from 6.16 ± 0.21% (CGTPV) to 2.05 ± 0.06% (CSTPV), along with a corresponding increase in β-sheet content, from 32.12 ± 0.96% (CGTPV) to 37.42 ± 1.10% (CSTPV).
A highly significant positive correlation was observed between TPC and TFC (r = 0.97, p < 0.001), indicating that flavonoid-rich samples also possess higher levels of total phenolic compounds, thereby enhancing overall bioactivity.
This is consistent with the results of the ANOVA ( Table 1 ); the moisture content had a highly significant ( p < 0.001) effect on both the TPA and cutting strength.
Regression Model and Variance Analysis The analysis of variance ( Table 4 ) revealed that the model was highly significant ( p < 0.001), indicating its strong statistical significance.
One-way ANOVA revealed highly significant differences among honey types for all parameters (F = 409.3–2664; df = 4,20; p < 0.001).
It is worth noting that the contents of CAF, laccasein, and galangin reached highly significant increases ( p < 0.001) at 2 h, 4 h, and 6 h of high-temperature treatment compared with those before high-temperature treatment, and showed an overall increasing trend with the lengthening of the high-temperature treatment ( Figure 4 ).
Pearson Correlation Analysis As illustrated in Figure 8 , storage temperature showed a highly significant negative correlation with the a* value (redness) of the 3D-printed pork products ( p < 0.001), while it exhibited highly significant positive correlations with TVB-N, peroxide value (PV), and the concentrations of Maillard reaction products (A 294 and A 420 ) ( p < 0.001).
After 40 days of gavage, there was a highly significant difference in weight gain among the groups (ANOVA: F = 5.643, p = 0.001), with an η 2 value of 0.540, indicating a large effect size.
The TFC in different extracts is presented in Figure 2 , with the highest TFC found in the 75% glycerol extract (25.52 ± 1.35 mg RTE/g) and the lowest in the 25% ethyl acetate extract (2.13 ± 0.28 mg RTE/g), showing highly significant differences among the various extract TFCs ( p < 0.001).
The inter-group difference was tested through anosim analysis, and the results indicated that the difference between the groups was highly significant (R = 0.7215, p = 0.0010), implying that the beta diversity of the gut microbiome in diabetic mice was significantly improved by TFs intervention, consistent with the results of alpha diversity analysis. 3.4.
