The heat map indicated that the relative abundance of Enterococcus and Streptococcus in the AZT group exhibited an increasing trend, while there was a decreasing trend in the CRP group.
Excerpts
extremely significantqualified
p < 0.05 was judged as significant difference, meanwhile p < 0.01 as extremely significant difference.
A decreasing trend was observed in the expression of intestinal TNFRSF, TRAF6, RAB6A, and ATF4 of shrimp fed higher levels of MOS (M4, M8, and M16).
Results Growth Performance WGR and SGR of shrimp showed an increasing trend with the increase of MOS level, but no significant difference was observed when compared with the control group (M0) ( p > 0.05).
an overall trendgold
Discussion The present study performed the first systematic review of the literature describing the consequences of early thymectomy on long-term functioning of the immune system and observed that children who underwent thymectomy in the first years of life have reduced numbers of total T cells, CD4+, CD8+, naïve T cells, TRECs and CD31, a decreased diversity of the TCR repertoire and an increased expression of Ki67 and IL-7 compared to controls in the first five years after surgical procedure as an overall trend.
We observed that out of 48 cytokines, 21 were able to distinguish between the two groups, among which 5 cytokines were showing prominent distinction, namely, Eotaxin, granulocyte-colony stimulating factor (G-CSF), IL-7, migration inhibitory factor (MIF), and macrophage inflammatory protein-1α (MIP-1α), and the secretory levels were highly significant in contacts with respect to infected and control individuals ( Figure 2B ).
Interferon regulatory factor 4 (IRF4), a negative regulator of TLR signaling, was identified in a large genome wide association study for MN as a highly significant risk locus ( 149 ).
The results of our comparison indicated that the viability after recovery was similar for all three specific freezing media (≥89% on average) ( Table 1 ), although cells frozen with PSC Cryopreservation kit showed a trend to perform worse in the IFN-γ ELISPOT ( Supplementary Table 1 ).
log 2 normalized count at 6h for IFNB1 ~0.12/0.29 in CD16 - and CD16 + subsets, respectively, vs <0.01 for bystander cells of both subsets), although this difference was only barely significant in our setting (FDR=0.03), likely due to the highly transient nature of IFN expression.
Further, Tregs showed a trend towards increased IL-10 at PT-Day 30 in the HDMC group, suggesting their active presence in allograft acceptance.
clearly significantqualified
This observation was clearly significant at Day 14 ( Figure 6B ), suggesting that SIRPγ blockade impairs T-cell survival, activation, proliferation, or localization within the host.
Radiotherapy showed a trend of having greater clinical benefits in the PD-L1-positive subgroup than in the PD-L1-negative subgroup, even though half of the patients’ PD-L1 statuses were unknown.
Although there was no significant difference, there was an increasing trend ( 270 ).
The results demonstrated that most immune cells showed a trend of high expression in the high-risk group when compared to low-risk group.
A comparison of 8,465 DZ cells and 11,118 LZ B GC -cells revealed a highly significant difference between the proportions of FCER2 -expressing cells (2.9% and 15.3%, respectively) ( Supplemental Figure S2A , Left panel ).
Compared with the LFM group, the intestinal expression of il-1β and il-8 showed a decreasing trend with increasing dietary YG levels.
Treatments showed a trend of reduced activation of CatK by functional osteoclasts, estimated by scanning of intact mice ( Figure 8E ) or dissected hind limbs (not shown) with similar results.
There was also no significant difference in IFNγ expression at day 3, though there was a slightly significant increase in IFNγ expression in the SKO mice at day 6 ( Figure 3E ), the significance of which is not known.
In comparison to HS-diet, NaCl restriction showed a trend toward a reduction of the relative expression of IFN-gamma mRNA at day 20, whereas IFN-gamma mRNA expression was similar in both groups at day 47 ( Table 2 ) .
As shown in Figures 4G-I , the contents of LGM and C3 in the intestine showed an increasing trend with increased dietary YG levels compared with the LFM group.
a small trendgold
There was, however, a small trend to an increase of both MDA5 and RIG-I in cells treated with SP1 in combination with imiquimod compared with cells that were only treated with imiquimod ( Figures 4E, F ).
Total GC B cell frequency also increased, but did not quite reach significance, following immunization in DKO mice ( Figure 5B ), while there was an unexplained high background of GC B cells in control unimmunized RIP3-/- and RIP1 kd mice which precluded detecting any increase in the total GC B cell response following immunization ( Figure 5B ).
ARDS is a highly significant predictor for death in COVID-19 patients as ARDS is seen in more than 90% of non-survivors ( 6 ).
The expression of PD-1 on the surface of CTL in MPE showed a decreasing trend ( Figure 7G ) .
Hepatitis C is a viral hepatitis caused by hepatitis C virus (HCV) infection with a worldwide prevalence of approximately 3% and an increasing trend ( 111 ).
