In agreement with earlier reports, we observed lower phagosome maturation following FcR-mediated phagocytosis in HIV infected persons compared to HIV negative subjects, although the difference was not significant but rather a strong trend ( p = 0.08 at 10 min and p = 0.06 at 120 min).

Moreover, in GDM-HBC a higher percentage of cells was positive for M1 markers CD80 and CD40, but these increases did not reach significance (Table 3 ); however, the M1 marker CD86 (Figures 4 D,H) showed a trend toward increased levels in GDM ( p = 0.08; Table 3 ).

The second and third ranked DMRs predicted by smoking reached borderline significance, p < 0.08 (Table 1 ; Table S1 in Supplementary Material).

IL-6 showed a marginal trend (log 2 FC = -0.619, p = 0.080).

CeMV seropositive dolphins had a marginally significant reduction in the absolute number of CD4+ helper T cells ( p = 0.08).

However, the survival disadvantage associated with high NTRK1 was statistically significant in females (p=0.005) but only showed a trend in males (p=0.08), likely due to the smaller sample size of the male cohort.

The decreased ratio of ramified:hypertrophic microglia correlated with higher CII score [F(1,30)= 10.34; R 2 = 0.2564, p =0.0031] ( Figure 4J ) and the increased density of Gal3+ cells approached significant correlation with CII score [F(1,30)=3.263, R 2 = 0.09810, p =0.0809] but density of C1q+ cells did not correlate with cognitive impairment [F(1,30)= 0.1048, R 2 = 0.003482, p =0.7484] (data not shown).

However, a marginally significant trend was observed regarding pathological grade ( P = 0.081).

Although most diversity indices (Shannon, p =0.52; Simpson, p =0.4) showed no significant intergroup differences, the borderline significance of Richness ( p =0.081) and Chao1 ( p =0.081) indices suggested potential marginal differences in species richness between groups that did not reach conventional significance thresholds.

Ofatumumab Among leukocyte populations, basophils showed a trend towards an increase (p = 0.081) with no other therapy-associated changes.

Notably, Prdm1 mRNA showed a decreasing trend at 48 h (n.s., p = 0.081) and was significantly reduced at 72 h in Abcd1 -deficient CD4 + T cells compared with wild-type cells ( Figure 4B ).

The model showed R2 = 0.37 (adjusted R2 = 0.21), with an overall trend toward significance [F(5,20) = 2.32; p = 0.081].

Natalizumab-treated pwMS showed a near-significant reduction in CD4+ AIM+ cells at 5–6 months post-vaccination compared to the previous time point (p=.0826) but, following booster dose, the increased proportion of these cells was comparable to that seen following the initial vaccination (p=.0378) ( Figure 4D ).

Additionally, the SI was significantly elevated in CD8 + T-cells at T3, while a trend toward significance was observed in CD4 + T-cells (p = 0.083) ( Figures 5C, D ). 3.6.

On the other side, we did not find any main genotype effect in Arg1 haploinsufficiency except for an increasing trend in apoptosis ( p = 0.083, Figure 2K ).

Plaque carbamylation showed a borderline significant correlation with serum urea levels (r=0.45, p=0.083), whereas no correlation was observed with cardiovascular risk factors, including smoking.

A higher ratio of intratumoral to peritumoral CD3 + T cells showed a trend towards a positive impact on DFS (p=0.084), while an increased ratio of CD8 + T cells was associated with significantly better clinical outcome (p=0.014) ( Figures 7D, E ).

The score of the CTGF+ONA group was not altered compared to WT+ONA mice (p=0.993) but showed a mild trend towards a higher score in comparison to CTGF optic nerves (p=0.084; Figure 2B ).

When we included upper GI tract biopsies in our analyses, we still observed marked suppression of IL22 in antibiotic group with a trend towards significance (no Abx: median = 1.88, range = 0 - 898; Abx: median = 1.21, range = 0 - 85.8, p = 0.085).

Regarding GI surgery due to IBD, more patients with the GT genotype underwent surgical treatment compared to GG homozygotes ( Figure 2B ), although this difference was borderline significant before statistically correction ( p = 0.0851, p adj . = 0.2389, Table 3 ).

RT+CpG+OX40 significantly increased the non-Treg CD4+:Treg ratio compared to treatment with RT alone and showed a trend (p=0.0851) toward an increased ratio when compared to PBS treated tumors.

None of the genes were altered, although IL33 showed a trend toward increased expression (p=0.0857) ( Supplementary Figure 3 ), suggesting that co-culture is required for the EC effect on these genes to be evident.

There was also a positive trend for PFS, with an mPFS of 9.3 months (95%CI, 3.3–25.4) in the former group and 2.0 months (95%CI, 1.7–13.2) in the latter group ( Figure 5B ) ( p = 0.086).

The proportions of SM B cells and DN B cells were significantly higher, and the absolute count of naïve B cells showed a decreasing trend that approached statistical significance (33.01 [5.23–88.91] vs. 55.10 [25.93–94.92], P = 0.086; Table 2 ).

Similarly, a higher proportion of anti-Tg + PV subjects (n=14) contradict the DCH than anti-Tg - subjects (n=96) and all PV subjects (n=159) across all cutoffs (trending towards significance with Chi Square of p=0.086) ( Figure 4B ) .
