Levels of IL-6 and IL-10 showed an increasing trend in the intestinal fluid ( Figure 1F, G ).

These results showed that the proportion of DCs is altered in the intestinal immune system of KK-Ay mice, with an overall trend toward increased DC representation in both PPs and MLNs. 3.5.

IL-15 and IL-2 increase LIR-1 on purified NK cells In our donors we observed a slight trend toward increased surface expression of LIR-1, on NK cells treated with IL-15 in PBL cultures though largely not statistically significant (Table 1 ).

This trial confirmed that Id vaccination induced a specific immune response in the majority of patients with FL and that specific immune responses were associated with a highly significant increase in disease-free survival.

However, a small trend does become apparent for the displacement output measure when the threshold value is set to its extreme value, where a cell always responds to any level of chemokine in the environment.
