Microbes in C3 and C4, which involve a group of well-known periodontitis pathogens such as Porphyromonas gingivalis , Treponema denticola , Porphyromonas endodontalis , and Filifactor alocis presented an increasing trend from CP to stage IV PDAC patients.
Excerpts
The results indicate that compared to admission, the levels of most cytokines/chemokines in the serum of 5 out of 7 non-survivors tended to increase before death, while in the remaining 2 non-survivors, most cytokines/chemokines showed a decreasing trend.
Additionally, IL6 and IP10 showed a trend in faster normalization in participants discharged by day 7, compared to those still hospitalized.
In the subgroup analyses by study design, the meta-analysis of cohort studies and case-control studies showed a significant association between the risk of COPD and RA (OR=1.77, 95%CI 1.60 to 1.97, I 2 = 71.8%, P =0.000; OR=1.43, 95%CI 1.17 to 1.75, I 2 = 20.0%, P =0.028), whereas the meta-analysis of cross-sectional studies suggested a slightly significant link between the risk of COPD and RA ( Table 2 ).
However, during the 4-month follow-up, only the expression of IL-23 showed a trend toward a decrease in responders ( Figure 2 ; Supplementary Table S3 ).
an overall trendgold
Nevertheless, we observed an overall trend for having more migratory DCs in the abscopal tumors and TdLNs in mice treated with cryoablation, and a significant increase in the frequency of that population in the spleens.
Our results fall in accordance with previous reports that the number of macrophages showed an increasing trend after irradiation ( 6 , 33 , 37 , 40 ).
This trend was disrupted at 6 weeks, with both the number and proportion of IMs in the radiation group showing a decreasing trend.
Compared to sham-LPS rats, there was a decreasing trend in IL-10 expression in CBDL-LPS rats, but without significant difference.
In contrast, PFS showed a nonsignificant trend toward poorer outcomes in patients with ≥20% of infusions after 16:30 in the unmatched cohort (median PFS: 5.0 months, 95% CI: 4.5–9.4) compared to those with <20% (median PFS: 9.4 months, 95% CI: 7.9–10.7) (HR: 1.62, 95% CI: 1.00–2.62, p = 0.052, Figure 5 ).
In the subgroup of patients receiving first-line ICI plus chemotherapy, later ICI infusion showed a trend toward poorer PFS, but this did not reach statistical significance, potentially due to the relatively small sample size of this subgroup.
Goeppert observed a decreasing trend in the density of CD4 + and CD8 + T cells in the tumor immune microenvironment as bile duct cancer progressed ( 77 ).
Treatment with FOS or BL-99 alone significantly increased the levels of ACh ( P < 0.01) and showed a trend towards modulating 5-HT and SP levels, although these changes were not statistically significant compared to the LOP group.
The IVIG group showed a trend toward better Barthel Index scores without statistical significance.
Notably, the same study revealed an increase in B lymphocytes, but statistical analysis was marginally non-significant ( 139 ).
Subsequently, the average number of citations showed a trend of increasing and then decreasing, with the total number of citations peaking in 2018, reflecting a very active year in the field.
a strong trendgold
With regard to a potential effect of PD-1 blockade on the CXCR3/CXCL9 axis, we found that macrophages from tumors of GPR55 KO mice expressed significantly more CXCL9 than those from tumors of their WT counterparts, while noticing a strong trend in the same direction for monocytes ( Figure 6F ).
Higher PIV levels were linked to an increasing trend in mortality, characterized by a clear dose-response relationship.
Figure 1D displays the mean CD3-positive cell dose infused per DLI for each case, with the doses showing a decreasing trend over the years.
The findings suggested that while PD-L1 inhibitors combined with CT showed a trend toward OS improvement, this did not achieve statistical significance (HR = 0.829, 95% CI: 0.683-1.006; 95% PI: 0.236-2.916, I 2 = 0%) ( Table 2 ; Supplementary Figure 11A ).
To investigate mitochondrial integrity, we used a JC1 assay, which allows the assessment of mitochondrial membrane potential, and we demonstrated that only the HR cells, when treated with higher concentrations of HQ, showed a decreasing trend in mitochondrial membrane depolarization ( Figure 3B ).
Interestingly, c-Met, one of the targets of TAVO412, which was supposed to be a positive predictor, showed a trend of negatively predicting the response, although the association between gene expression and eGR ratio was not significant ( Figure 3D ).
Notably, IGHJ-6 usage showed a trend towards being increased in ME/CFSmm patients, but was not statistically significant ( p corrected = 0.11, Figure 2F ).
We reviewed the expression levels of the hub genes, which, as shown in Figure 7F , exhibited an increasing trend in the DKD group.
CK and CK-MB levels showed a trend toward the upper limit of the reference range (CK: 50-310 U/L; CK-MB: 0-25 U/L), as depicted in Figure 5A .
