full-dose rivaroxaban was associated with a lower risk of clinically relevant bleeding complications (aHR: 0.62, 95% CI: 0.39–0.97, p = 0.03) and was associated with gastrointestinal bleeding at a level of borderline significance (aHR: 0.52, 95% CI: 0.26–1.03, p = 0.06).
The additional adjustment for CRP attenuated the risk reduction slightly (HR = 0.51) and the p -value became marginally significant ( p = 0.06), indicating the OHS impact on all-cause mortality is, at least in part, due to inflammation.
Conversely, the near-significant difference in CVA occurrence (4.5% vs. 0.2%, p = 0.06) based on a single event in each group illustrates how unbalanced group sizes can affect statistical comparisons of rare events.
For significant LUTS in the population-based cohort, children with ADHD showed a significantly higher proportion of predominantly storage symptoms ( p < 0.01), which showed only borderline significance in the hospital-based cohort ( p = 0.06).
Statistical analysis showed a trend towards a significant reduction in mean RNFL thickness at 24 months after XEN (58.9 ± 1.8 μm; p = 0.06; Figure 3 B) with a mean global RNFL loss of −1.35 ± 0.67 μm for the same period.
However, the association was close to significance ( p = 0.06), suggesting a risk of approximately five times higher than in patients without lipid metabolism disorders.
In the multivariate analysis, only age (4% risk increase) and preoperative diastolic ABP (risk decrease of 6% with higher diastolic ABP) remained significant; however, incidental diagnosis showed borderline significance (2.8-fold risk increase; p = 0.060).
Conventional Echocardiography LV wall thickness and mass were higher in ALHIV ( p < 0.01) ( Table 2 ), whereas LVEF was slightly lower in the HIV group, reaching borderline significance (58 ± 6% vs. 60 ± 7%, p = 0.06).
Similarly, Receptive subdomain scores were significantly higher than Written subdomain scores ( p ≤ 0.05), while the comparison between Expressive and Written scores narrowly missed achieving significance ( p = 0.06).
The first included the R-ISS and CD24, and showed that the latter did not retain its significance as an OS predictor ( p = 0.13), although there was a statistical trend towards significance when the R-ISS and CD24 PFS were assessed ( p = 0.06; HR = 0.984 with a CI of 0.967–1.001).
Additionally, BIA parameters showed borderline significant differences in extracellular water (Δ After-Before −0.11; p = 0.06) and statistically significant in fat mass (Δ After-Before −0.77; p = 0.01).
We showed that bone invasion is associated with a higher osteoclast count compared to patients without bone invasion, and found a strong trend of higher osteoclast count comparing patients with bone invasion and erosion ( p = 0.06).
As presented in Table 2 , an association between aPEs and thrombosis was near statistical significance ( p = 0.06), but no clear association with fetal loss ( p = 0.83), or other obstetrical complications ( p = 0.12) were obtained.
Pericardial effusion > 10 mm showed a strong trend toward greater prevalence in ADPKD subjects compared to controls (5 of 117 (4%) vs. 0 of 117 controls (0%), p = 0.06).
Statistical significance was lost when the model was adjusted for confounding factors, although in social skills it was close to significance ( p = 0.06).
Patients with ID showed a trend towards lower quadriceps muscle strength compared to the patients with normal iron status (mean 332 ± 130 vs. 391 ± 143 N , p = 0.06) independently of their type of ID (I or II) (not shown).
Lorazepam Data from the only study comparing Clonazepam with another benzodiazepine, namely Lorazepam [ 47 ], showed a trend for the superiority of Lorazepam over Clonazepam in terms of acute antimanic efficacy (14 days, monotherapy, SMD = 0.82, 95%CI = [−0.02, 1.67], p = 0.06, one RCT, N = 24).
Moreover, a trend towards significance was observed between PD-L1 CPS ≥ 10 and histologic subtype (epithelioid vs. non-epithelioid) ( p = 0.060), with more tumors of non-epithelioid subtype expressing PD-L1 CPS ≥ 10.
( Table 1 ) The two groups were comparable in terms of mean NDI during pre-operative period ( p -value = 0.060; marginally significant), 3 months post-surgery ( p -value = 0.445) and 1 year post-surgery ( p -value = 0.465).
