A decreasing trend in G ′ as a function of distance is apparent within the pericellular space (within 30 μm of cell the boundary) in both normal and CytoD conditions (Fig. 3f , solid markers; and Supplementary Data 2 ).
Excerpts
Of note, we also observed an increasing trend of ALZ score with the semi-quantitative neuropathological scores (Fig. 5d ).
1 and 2 may be significant for some external fertilisers.
Astrogliosis was not significantly correlated with the P3HT-NP density, although the injection of NPs showed a trend for a decrease in GFAP immunoreactivity (Supplementary Fig. 15 ).
The positive correlation was highly significant in all cases, reaching the highest statistical values for the number of contacts between P3HT-NPs and second-order retinal neurons.
L1-ORFeus insertions showed joining to the DSB either direct (no microhomology) or via short microhomologies, mostly 1 bp to 6 bp with a decreasing trend over length (Fig. 2d ), consistent with the microhomologies reported for the 5′-junctions of human L1 insertions that occurred via TPRT 53 .
4 a, c), but approached significance at t 2 .
a clear trendgold
This was unexpected since a clear trend towards enrichment of γδ T cells within the bulk CD8+ T cell compartment was observed in the peripheral blood of patients with high disease activity and has also been reported by others 31 – 33 .
At the longer timescales, the association for severe drought was stronger than in the crude models, but at most only borderline significant (RR 1.03, 95% CI: 1.00–1.06 at the 24-month timescale).
We observed significantly positive associations for mild drought across timescales (6 to 24 months) and for severe drought at the 6-month timescale, with borderline significance associations for severe drought at the other timescales.
Later studies showed an increasing trend of resistance to ampicillin and neomycin, while continuing susceptibility to chloramphenicol and streptomycin 15 , 26 , 27 .
The cumulative abundance of AA2 proteins had a decreasing trend with increasing solids loadings (Supplementary Fig. 13A ).
1e , red line), indicating that concurrent NA and IO warming may be significant.
4 ), indicating that not everywhere was experiencing a significant trend in DSL.
an overall trendgold
Our analyses unravel an overall trend of tropic dry season lengthening and identifying some hotspot regions of changes.
The weakening of differential loops during MO differentiation also showed a trend towards higher signals of RAD21 peaks in MO within corresponding anchors (summarized in Fig. 4d ).
clearly significantqualified
While the effects of CTCF knockdown were moderate, they were clearly significant.
a weak trendgold
It is evident that there is a weak trend of increasing the energy with smaller device area, with μBLASTs exceeding 1 fJ/μm 2 in energy dissipation, but the results still indicate that device scaling still greatly benefits the devices.
The 2nd choice omission error rate in 2 steps condition showed an increasing trend in the CNO condition as compared to saline control (Fig. 4a ).
In 2017, a genome-wide association study (GWAS) performed on 10,784 ccRCC patients and 20,406 controls identified one highly significant risk locus (rs4903064) in DPF3 and, more importantly, found that the risk allele was associated with increased DPF3 expression in two independent ccRCC cohorts 22 , 23 .
As for IQ, the direct correlation between PRS and IQ is marginally significant ( p = e−05, not FDR corrected), and the PRS-pattern after regressing out IQ is almost the same as the original PRS pattern (Supplementary Fig. 12d ).
It is plausible that developmental sequence may be significant in circuit assembly beyond the vestibulomotor pathways examined here.
There are also likely to be significant variations across vertebrates in the balance between phasic and tonic vestibular signals, based on characteristics of movement 96 .
The relevance of these variables for explaining changes in mollusk species composition is demonstrated by the highly significant correlations between site scores on the first two PCoA axes (using the entire variance of the species data) (Supplementary Fig. 1 , Supplementary Table 3 ) and the CCA (using only the variance explained by the given factors) (Fig. 2 , Supplementary Table 2 ).
Cluster 1 represents Msx1 + Acan + cells and cluster 2 represents Msx1 + Col6a5 + cells, and cluster 2 showed a trend toward cluster 3 (Supplementary Fig. 11g–j ).
