In the TRE group, irisin levels increased during the dietary intervention, following a decreasing trend between weeks 7 and 12.
Excerpts
An increasing trend in breastfeeding practices in Hong Kong has been reported, after persistent efforts to publicize the benefits of breastfeeding through large-scale campaigns [ 1 ].
Moreover, this appears relevant considering the evolution of the relationship of BMI–age, which can be characterized by a more or less significant increase or decrease, especially in mild overweight.
A recent meta-analysis evidenced a positive slightly significant correlation between magnesium intake and BMD only for the femoral neck and total hip, but not for the lumbar spine [ 312 ].
Fat intake in g kg −1 day −1 was close to, but not quite statistically significant, to BMC at six months CA ( Table 6 , model 3). 3.6.
Indeed, in a first pilot study in COVID-19 patients requiring intensive care, high-dose IV vitamin C significantly improved oxygenation, reduced organ-damaging cytokine storm (IL-6), and showed a trend towards reduced mortality in severely ill patients [ 49 ].
a positive trendgold
There was, however, a positive trend for reported poor dietary intake in those with a severely malnourished MUAC score.
In a cohort of 498 BC patients followed for five years, they observed that the TaqI minor allele showed a trend toward an increased risk for breast cancer-specific mortality.
In this study, within-group regression analysis showed an increasing trend of serum 25(OH)D levels, particularly for those aged 7–24 months recruited in the pre-outbreak period (June to December 2019), but these monthly increases became subtle after adjusting for UV index, perhaps because vitamin D levels in older infants are more affected by levels of exposure to UVB [ 30 ].
Results: The ITS results showed no immediate reduction in serum 25(OH)D level among infants, but a decreasing trend was observed in the subsequent months post-outbreak at a monthly decline rate of −6.32 nmol/L.
a clear trendgold
No statistical evidence was found for differences in emotional eating between control group and intervention group participants at any of the study measurement points, neither could a clear trend be distinguished ( Table 2 ).
a clear trendgold
There does not appear to be a clear trend indicating the inclusion of ARA salts drive these differences, and on an absolute basis, there were no differences in any organ weights between groups.
In the conventional lipid profile, a borderline significant effect of treatment was noted for serum LDL cholesterol, which revealed lower values after the high-dose strawberry phase, compared to values in the baseline, control, and low-dose strawberry phases in post hoc analyses ( p = 0.05; Table 3 ).
It is highly significant that physical ability and QOL were improved by exercise, as these are two major components of renal rehabilitation.
Figure 3 shows that there is a highly significant linear association between gestational age in weeks and the natural logarithms of the 50th weight percentile of this growth reference.
a clear trendgold
One study reports a clear trend towards a reduced BMD in former preterm infants, but no significant difference was found [ 33 ] whereas others report significantly reduced bone mineral density in former preterm infants when compared to term infants [ 34 , 35 ].
Higher consumption of nonfried fish was inversely associated with the risk of mortality from coronary heart disease, while a nonsignificant trend towards higher risk was observed with increasing consumption of fried fish [ 99 ].
However, Group 4 (high intake and decreased) showed an increasing trend of hypertension risk in the south.
Furthermore, it was demonstrated that food intolerance could also overlap with food aversions in IBS, and it is possible that this might be significant also in food intolerance [ 242 ].
Concerning age, our results indicate a significant trend towards decreases in 25(OH)D levels with age, in line with previous reports [ 58 , 59 ].
(2006) demonstrated an increasing trend in CRP levels when comparing a 4-day consumption of soy protein powder supplement (25 g/day) to whey protein powder (25 g/day) over 30 days among adults on CHD ( n = 17) [ 48 ].
Out of the 10 studies that met the criteria, there was a decreasing trend in CRP levels when consuming plant proteins compared to animal proteins among non-dialysis participants.
A significant negative relationship was found between attachment security as measured by the SSSP and suppression of emotions, whilst the negative relationship between attachment security as measured by the S-AQS and suppression of emotions just failed to reach significance.
The mediational effect was significant, respectively borderline significant, when the 95%, respectively, 90% confidence intervals (CIs) of the indirect effect did not include the zero-value.
The serial mediation model with EE at the age of 16 years was significant when attachment security was observed with the S-AQS, and marginally significant when attachment security was observed with the SSSP.
