Additionally, the levels of IGF-1 showed a trend toward a decrease with advancingtumor stage, determined by the American Joint Committee on Cancer (AJCC) tumor-node-metastasis (TNM) staging ( ρ = −0.218, P = 0.01) and Okuda ( ρ = −0.273, P = 0.001).
Additionally, the Kao test shows a highly significant Augmented Dickey-Fuller statistic (p < 0.01), further supporting the presence of cointegration in the panel data.
Results of the LMM analysis ( Table 2 ) showed that participants in the intervention group had a highly significant reduction in stress levels compared with the control group (p = 0.01, d = 0.15) after the intervention, which was maintained at the 19-week follow-up (p < .001, d = 0.18).
Additional OOP spending that arise due to cancer ($144, 95% CI 36–252), diabetes ($237, 95% CI 135–339), hypertension ($150, 95% CI 50–250), and arthritis ($131, 95% CI 38–224) are also highly significant ( P < .01).
For QTL of femurs of male mice, permutation tests indicated the following scores: suggestive likelihood ratio statistic (LRS) = 10.78, significant LRS = 17.96, and highly significant LRS = 21.46 (P≤0.01).
Regression analysis confirmed a highly significant positive correlation ( P < 0.01) between in vitro germination rates and the staining results from both TTC and red ink across various concentrations.
In general, habitats of different exposures and depths showed distinct and highly significant differences in current velocities (Kruskall-Wallis ANOVA, H 8 = 3499.93, p<0.01, N = 7190).
Two-way analysis of variance (ANOVA), ANOVA with Tukey's honestly significant difference post-hoc test, t-test, and Spearman's correlation were applied, and differences were considered significant when p<0.05 or highly significant when p<0.01 or p<0.001.
A strong and highly significant positive correlation was detected between flower diameter and flower surface ( r = 0.87, p < 0.01), indicating that larger floral diameters contribute substantially to overall floral area.
The iAs and Mn coexposure group exhibited a clear trend of elevated IL-1β mRNA expression compared with the control group (p < 0.01, 0.001; see S3 Table, panel B and Fig 3B ).
Two of the investigated polymorphisms, rs2072493 in TLR5 and rs3853839 in TLR7 , showed nominally significant allelic association with RA (p≤0.01; Table 1 ).
SD and AES correlated in a highly significant and positive way for the three formats (fractions: r = .89, p < .01; homogeneous dots: r = .81, p < .01; heterogeneous dots: r = .73, p < .01) and results were quite similar for these variables (see Figure 2 ).
Highly significant group effect was found on the affective thresholds (F(1,39) = 7.473, p<0.01) whereby affective thresholds were significantly lower in the MDD compared to the HC group.
However, when the animals reached 16 weeks of age, a strong trend towards LV cavity dilation was observed in the smLrp1 -/- mice in comparison to the 12-week old mice ( P < 0.01) and to their age matched smLrp1 +/+ littermates ( P < 0.05).
The results revealed that total yield exhibited highly significant positive correlations ( P < 0.01) with storage root number ( r = 0.99), root length ( r = 0.86), root diameter ( r = 0.80), and root tips number ( r = 0.81).
These three effects, taken together, indicated that the FCz, Cz, and CPz sites, compared to the other recording sites, had significantly more pronounced P200 waves (all post-hoc pairwise t tests were highly significant after Bonferroni correction, p<.01).
