Although patients in the Aux3 and Aux4 groups were assessed at a comparable age, children with macrocephaly and tall stature (Aux3) had an earlier onset of seizures (age 5 at the first peak for seizures), compared to children with isolated tall stature (Aux4) who displayed later seizures at a mean age of 12.5; the statistical analysis of the age at seizure onset in the two groups showed a strong trend to significance (p = 0.012).
We found a highly significant ( r = 0.712, p = 0.012 for pEGFR; r = 0.684, p = 0.031 for pIGF-IR, n = 36) correlation between the expression level of ARNO and pEGFR or pIGF-IR ( Fig.1 ).

However, the PVVS- QoV ( bothersome ) correlation did not reach statistical significance (r = -0.30, p = 0.012).
Increases in error amplification factor were associated with an increasing trend of ZC 13-35Hz , which was significantly larger in the HAF condition than in the LAF condition ( p = 0.012).
The functions were highly significant (X 2 = 42.2, df = 24, P = 0.012) and functions 1 and 2 accounted for 62.9% and 37.1% of the variance respectively.
In the left FFA and the left pSTS, the prediction rate was greater than chance; however, it did not reach statistical significance after multiple comparison correction: left FFA (t(12) = 2.57, p = 0.012), left pSTS (t(7) = 2.54, p = 0.019).
Partial correlations between estimated population size and the allele diversity indices, after controlling for the effect of sample size, were positive and highly significant (Number of alleles, r = 0.82, p = 0.012; polymorphism information content, r = 0.659, p = 0.054; Shannon's index of diversity, r = 0.714, p = 0.036).
