There was a significant correlation between both variables (r = 0.55, p< 0.001; Pearson) in the whole cohort, however results were different in each group: No correlation in the No BT group, r = 0.59, p< 0.001 the anti-TNF group, r = 0.79, p = 0.002 the anti-CD20 group, and near significance r = 0.50, p = 0.060 the anti-IL6R/CTLA-4 group.
Pureit users whose device indicated the need for a replacement battery had higher levels of fecal contamination in their drinking water than those with a functioning battery, though that difference was marginally insignificant (p = 0.06) (data not shown).
There were significant associations with gender (males have a higher risk than females: RR = 6.8, P = 0.002) and age (for each decade older, the risk increases by a factor of 1.9, P <0·001), and there was a borderline significant association with tuberculin skin test positivity (RR = 6.84, P = 0·06).
We determined that Keratin 39 overall was only marginally significant (P = 0.06; 0.8 power n = 15; 0.9 power n = 20) ( Fig 2 ).
The percentages of fall history in the normal, obesity only, sarcopenia only, and in the sarcopenic obesity groups were 19.0, 23.2, 26.0, and 32.8, respectively, and the differences were at borderline significant (P = 0.060).
A marginally significant linear, positive relationship described the abundance of extra-large ( ≥ 50 cm) fishes as a function of complexity ( S1d Fig ; DRR P = 0.06), when accounting for reef depth where deeper reefs supported more extra-large fishes.

Additionally, Mlh1 , and Sfrp1 which had shown age-related expression decrease of borderline significance (1.4 fold, P = 0.06) in the Mlh1 +/- WD* group ( Table S5 ) and is a well-known gene in CRC and Wnt signaling were studied for methylation.
While there was no time-intervention interaction effect, a nearly significant between-group effect was noted (p = 0.06).
There was an almost significant interaction between sex and treatment (ANOVA, F 1.44 = 3.72, P = 0.06).
There was a significant difference among the groups in CES-D level ( F (4,95) = 3.38, p = .012) and a marginally significant difference in trajectory (appraisal group by months interaction F (4,386) = 2.24, p = .06).
Although STI incidence between sites was relatively similar, there was a nonsignificant trend towards a greater incidence of multiple active STIs at the eThekwini site compared to the Tshwane site (48.9/100wy and 8.3/100wy respectively; S4 Table , p = 0.06).
Although quite less than these studies, our model predicted only 10.7% of total intention, including the BFSN, showed the likely trait (marginally significant; p = .060; Table 3 ), so we included it in the model with further adjustment, and it was significant (aOR, 1.66; 95% CI, 1.01–2.71; Table 4 ).
Calcification had a strong trend (p = 0.06) of being lower in vent-sourced corals than ambient-sourced corals irrespective of treatment ( Fig 3C , S9 Table in S1 File ).
K21 had a strong trend to be higher in NP than LP group (p = 0.06).
Deer groups tended (marginally significant, with P = 0.06) to diffuse at a faster rate when they travelled in areas composed of a smaller percentage of potential foraging patches.
We also found a marginally insignificant association between Cohort A assignment and body weight at 24 months of life ( p = 0.060).
Effects of age and treatments on fasting plasma insulin, HOMA-IR and RMR A nearly significant effect of treatment on fasting insulin was revealed (dF = 2/26, F = 3.141, p = 0.06), while no significant effect of age was found (dF = 1/26, F = 1.722, p = 0.201), nor was a crossed effect found (dF = 2/26, F = 1.856, p = 0.176) ( Table 1 ).
Analysis of total distance over days indicated a trend of genotype approaching significance [F(1,17) = 3.99, p = 0.06].
On the test day there was a significant decrease in immobility [F(1,39) = 5.28, p<0.05] and increase in swimming [F(1,39) = 4.33, p<0.05] with an almost significant trend for increased struggle [F(1,39) = 3.76, p = 0.06] in the MT mice, compared to WT cohort-mates ( Fig. 4B ).
However, ECOG-PS had a borderline significant association (HR 1.58; 95% CI, 0.98–2.49; p = 0.06) ( Table 4 ).

In separate models with log transformed adduct and metabolite values as the exposure variables, the direction and significance of the associations between adducts and outcomes were the same as the models with the dichotomized exposure with the exception of the CBCL DSM-oriented attention deficit hyperactivity scale raw score and CPRS DSM-IV Total scale raw score, which became borderline significant (p = 0.06, and p = 0.08, respectively) (data not shown).

Of the 12 markers evaluated, the median unstimulated, antigen stimulated, or antigen-specific levels of seven (IFN-α2, IL-1Ra, IP-10, sCD40L, VEGF, MCP-3, IFN-γ) were either significantly different between the two groups or showed trends ( Table 2 ): the unstimulated levels of IFN-α2 and IL-1Ra were significantly higher (p<0.05) in children without TB disease, while the median unstimulated levels of IP-10 and sCD40L were significantly higher in those with disease, with the difference in the unstimulated levels of VEGF (higher in TB) and MCP-3 (higher in non-TB) showing a trend towards significance (p = 0.06 and 0.07 respectively) ( Table 2 ).
