When analysing which of the axial (λ1 eigenvalues) or radial diffusivity (λ2, λ3 eigenvalues) measures was contributing to the main effect of the group for the FA in the UF, we found borderline significant effects for both variables (P = 0.07 for λ1 and P = 0.09 for λ3) ( Tables S1 , S2 , S3 , S4 , S5 , S6 ).

Bt treatments also led to an increase in CFU count, but the effect was at the marginal significance level (F 1.16 = 3.6, p = 0.07).
On the individual level ( Fig 3 ), all the participants with vowel dyslexia made more vowel errors than the control group, for 16 of them it was significant (for each participant, t (59) > 3.37, p’s < .006, using Crawford & Howell’s [ 42 ], t -test), and for one it was marginally significant ( t (59) = 1.45, p = .07).
Functional impairment as measured by ALSFRS-R had a borderline significant association (p = 0.07) with coefficient point estimate corresponding to 0.3 fewer letters seen for each point increase in ALSFRS-R.
In fact, the difference with the southern Neotropics was not significant (Scheffé contrast, p = 0.73) but the difference with North America was marginally significant (p = 0.07).
faecium , there was a marginally significant difference, with males being more resistant ( F = 3.36, d.f. = 1, 83, P = 0.070).

Table 1 shows no significant differences of lateralization were found although there was a trend towards significance ( p = 0.07), with a large effect size ( r = 0.41) when comparing RVF-ACC between high and low progesterone phases.
The effect of altitude on replacement was only marginally significant at the national level (G = 8.53; P = 0.07) because patterns differed across regions (data not shown).
The test revealed a statistically significant difference in change in scores between high ( M = -1.45, SD = 2.9) and low ( M = 1.7, SD = 4.1) initial RMET ability ( F (1, 232) = 48.38, p < .001, d = 0.17) and a marginally significant difference between training conditions ( F (2, 232) = 2.74, p = .07).

However, MIWI2 −/− mice showed a trend towards a higher MCV at the 12-month time point that nearly reached statistical significance (p = 0.07).

Instead, in presence of the cylinder Reachability and Comfort distances almost overlapped and were larger than with other stimuli (at least p<0.002; Comfort-distance with robot approached significance, p = 0.07).
approached significancep = 0.07
As above, we also entered data into a 2×2 repeated measures ANOVA, which confirmed no overall effect of drug administration (F 1,9 = 0.03, p = 0.87), although the order effect again approached significance (F 1,9 = 3.83, p = 0.07), with an average −8.1+/−17.9% change in percentage gambling from week 1 to week 2.
bordered on significancep = 0.07
Although none of the characteristics of dogs were significantly associated with Group I membership, the “mini” size of dog bordered on significance and had an odds ratio worthy of note (OR = 2.892, p = 0.07).

Increased collagen content was associated with higher serum concentrations of TNF-α (r = 0.76; p = 0.005) and IL-6 (r = 0.70; p = 0.01) and there was a trend towards significance with IL-1β (r = 0.57; p = 0.07) and CRP (r = 0.58; p = 0.06).
Gillnet densities were numerically highest in West Africa (2.78 boat-meters/km 2 ) followed by the West Indian Ocean region (1.90 boat-meters/km 2 ) ( Table 1 ), although this is based on marginally significant differences (F (5, 21) = 2.38, p = 0.07).
After 6 months, the detectable rate decreased to 30.8% (4/13), which was marginally significant (McNemar’s test, P = 0.070).

To analyse if these associations were driven by the STI clinic participants, we ran the logistic regression by site of recruitment ( Table 6 ), finding that having a part-time job (OR 2.5, 95% CI 1.12–5.78) and trimming the pubic hair (OR 2.1, 95% CI 1.06–4.01) remained risk factors for colonisation among the STI clinic participants, having more than 6 heterosexual sexual partners in the previous 6 months only showed a trend (OR 3.9, p = 0.07) We then looked for risk factors with respect to specific body site colonisation.
Being Non-Hispanic Asian as marginally significant, p = .070, and social class was significant, p = .0038.

Both male and female Bdnf +/− showed a trend toward increased path length (p = 0.07, for both genders).
The difference in IRs between the two age groups was borderline significant (P = 0.07 for interaction).
In multivariate analysis, gravidity and IPTp remained significant ( p = 0.039 and p = 0.05, respectively), but the association of sHLA-G with placental malaria became marginally significant ( p = 0.07).
When comparing untrained LZR versus LZR+EXT, the post hoc analyses showed significant decreased (12%) in HR (p<0.05), while only a marginal significance was found for OZR versus OZR+EXT (p = 0.07).
