Latency to Disengage First Gaze away from Aggressive Faces is Faster following the Health Check GLMM performed on the mean latency to disengage gaze from aggressive and neutral faces revealed a significant main effect of testing condition ( F 1,54 = 7.07, p = 0.01) and a near-significant interaction of face x condition ( F 1,54 = 3.41, p = 0.07: Figure 2B ).

There was also a positive trend correlation between microglial number and neuron number in the lateral nucleus of typically developing cases only (r(10) = 0.60, p = .07) ( Figure 7B ).

Only the interaction between GI and age for men was borderline significant (p = 0.07).

Association with disease status Our initial analysis using 242 cases and 126 controls found that three out of 21 AIMs were significantly associated with disease status after adjustment for age and individual ancestry (p<0.05, Table 2 ), while another AIM was close to significance (rs1963562, p = 0.07).

Adapting to the same face showed a trend to decreased thresholds below baseline (p = 0.07), while adapting to a different face of either gender significantly increased thresholds above baseline (both p's<0.02).

Likewise, adding relative risk to a model with only absolute risk improved fit significantly (p<.001), whereas adding absolute risk to a model including relative risk was associated with only a marginally significant improvement in fit (p=.07).

Factor 3: Conflict Management The two groups were not significantly different based on their scores of conflict management, although the p value approached significance ( t (195) = 1.82, p = .07), with Group 1 demonstrating reduced conflict management in the presence of the dog in comparison to Group 2, but we do not consider this effect reliable given the multiple testing undertaken.

As above, we also entered data into a 2×2 repeated measures ANOVA, which confirmed no overall effect of drug administration (F 1,9 = 0.03, p = 0.87), although the order effect again approached significance (F 1,9 = 3.83, p = 0.07), with an average −8.1+/−17.9% change in percentage gambling from week 1 to week 2.

It was the largest univariate factor reducing entropy with a borderline significance at p = 0.07 (at χ 2 = 5.317).
