Long-term incubation with COVID19 patient serum also had effects on cellular arrhythmogenic potential: Ca 2+ waves showed a trend to occur more often upon incubation with patient serum as compared to control (0.22 ± 0.04 vs 0.37 ± 0.04 (control vs patient), waves/sec, n = 32 vs 49, p = 0.079) and spontaneous Ca 2+ release events (i.e.
Nevertheless, in a model with all response styles entered into the model simultaneously, a marginally significant relationship between rumination at time T−1 and negative affect at the subsequent time point was found (p = .079).
There were no differences in height, weight, WHR, HDL-cholesterol or systolic blood-pressure; differences in BMI, waist and hip measurements did not quite reach significance (Kruskal-Wallis, p = 0.0790, p = 0.0694 and p = 0.0530, respectively).
In this SEM, there are significant relationships between some socio-demographic variables and the distance from the mining operation site ( Table 2 ): larger households tend to be found further away from the mine (β = 1.08±0.22, P<0.001) and community members who have been residing for longer period in the MKLM are also found further away from the mine, but this relationship is only marginally significant (β = 0.04±0.02, P = 0.079).
Under the long streak condition, the difference between SG and CG was only significant when subjects won (F(1,17) = 13.12, p = .002), but not when they lost (p (1,17) = 2.24, p = .15); the outcome by agency interaction was marginally significant (F(1,17) = 3.50, p = .079).
In the fully interacted model, which is not included here due to lack of space, only the interaction term Enablement × Unequal Productivity is weakly significant ( p = 0.079) and positive.
One-tailed correlation tests show a barely significant negative correlation of r = −.28, p = .079 between depth and target shrimp weight, but there is no correlation between depth and by-catch rate.
The higher risk of infection in siblings remained significant when controlling for other case and contact variables in multivariable models; greater transmissibility associated with vomiting was of borderline significance when accounting for other index case characteristics (OR = 2.50, p = 0.079) as well as in the full models accounting for contact characteristics (OR = 2.42, p = 0.135).
(5) This change in BR resulted in a marginally significant decline in bacterial growth efficiency (BGE) along the DOC gradient (r 2 = 0.30, F 1,10 = 3.94, P = 0.079, Fig. 8c ): (6) Discussion In this study, we evaluated a commercially available source of humic substances (Super Hume) for studying the effects of terrestrial DOC on the chemistry, physics, and biology of aquatic ecosystems.
Post hoc univariate analyses showed that females (n = 163) scored significantly higher than males (n = 162) in the EC subscale (M f = 28.63 vs M m = 25.77; F 1,320 = 10.472; p<0.005), and a statistical trend in the same direction was observed in the PD subscale (M f = 19.32 vs M m = 17.44; F 1,320 = 3.108; p = 0.079), while there were no differences in the PT subscale (M f = 25.89 vs M m = 24.12; F 1,320 = 1.165; p = 0.281) and in the FS subscale (M f = 24.49 vs M m = 22.45; F 1,320 = 2.368; p = 0.125; Figure 1 ).
For the self-expansion reward manipulation check contrast we found significantly more activation in the caudate (center coordinates −13, 11, 2) for partner conditions compared to acquaintance conditions, p = .021, with the partner x craving-group interaction approaching significance, p = .079.
Detailed analyses of the previously associated SNPs rs1024611 and rs2857656 demonstrated a borderline significant association in the Guinea-Bissau population for rs1024611 under the dominant model (AA (referent) versus AG & GG, OR = 1.36, 95% CI [0.96–1.93], p = 0.079) ( Table 3 ).
Compared to unimanual conditions (derived from the study sample), B iman actions were easier than C omplex -L actions (Z = 5.141, p<.001), showed a trend to be more difficult than S imple -R actions (Z = 2.659; p = .079), and were equivalent to S imple -L and C omplex -R (both p>.15).
The differences in F2 and F3 between Stage 4 and 5 groups were statistically significant (F2, p = 0.029; F3, p = 0.008), and the difference in F1 was marginally significant ( p = 0.079).
A high signature score was associated with reduced recurrence free survival in three data sets, whereas the fourth data set showed a trend between reduced recurrence free survival and high signature score (p = 0.079) ( Figure 3 ).
Although more forest bats were captured per night in forest fragments and low-management coffee ( Table S1 ), differences in captures across land-use types only approached significance ( D = 6.780, df = 3, p = 0.079).
All other parameters significantly associated with prognosis in univariate analysis did not influence the overall survival when evaluated by multivariate analysis, except for the T status (P = 0.01), while the histological pattern reached only a borderline significance (p = 0.079) ( Table 5 ).
The proportion of pupae eclosing as adults was highest for the control Fxx4 population and lower for the permethrin selected populations, but the differences were marginally nonsignificant (Kruskal-Wallis test, p = 0.0793, S5A Table , Table 5 ).
AAV-Pck2 caused a small but not quite statistically significant reduction in TA muscle weights ( Fig 2C ; p = 0.0798), whereas it had no effect on other lower limb muscle weights ( Fig 2D–2F ).
The next two most significant associations observed were for raised lesions in the abdominal and the thoracic aorta with p values that showed a trend towards significance (p = 0.08 and 0.11, respectively).
