All Φ-statistics parameters associated to each level were highly significant ( Table 2 ).

The GRN +/A152T+ group showed a trend towards poorer performance in frontal-executive tests and more decline in their MMSE scores at 1 year, but these findings did not reach statistical significance.

Inside MPAs, the high abundance of large shy species allowed detection of significantly higher species richness and a clear trend of higher species biomass with the new method, despite the low number of replicates.

Four other variants, extracted from the GENIE study, showed a trend towards significance, (rs191101580, rs187087030, rs8060932, rs8062123), and rs8060932 is in LD with another SNP (rs4238595) associated with FJHN [ 21 ].

The relative level of total MEK was also increased, while the level of total ERK as well as the ratios of p-MEK to MEK and p-ERK to ERK showed a trend of increase ( Fig 4 ).

Although there was an interesting trend for the differences between cfDNA released in low O 2 vs. ambient O 2 conditions, none of the differences were statistically significant ( Fig 1A ).

Although there was an apparent trend of increasing settlement from ambient 27°C (66%) to elevated temperatures of 30°C (+3°C ambient, 69%) and 32°C (+5°C ambient, 76%), the difference was not statistically significant.

When repeating the above analyses combining our GCy sample to the aforementioned previously published GCy sample, TCy still appeared the closest population to GCy, with the p-value being marginally significant.

We then used DAMBE to detect the saturated conditions of the sequences [ 21 ]; the result of the DAMBE analysis was that ISS was less than ISS.c and p value was extremely significant (0.0000), suggesting that sequences was unsaturated and suit to construct phylogenetic tree.

Given that these nest structures mediate certain aspects of behavior [ 13 , 15 , 31 ], there may be significant evolutionary consequences of this variation.

For all three types of flight patterns, individuals outside the gestation or parental-care periods responded at significant (or near-significant) larger AGL (i.e. vertical distance) or distances from the UAS than animals in those breeding stages ( Fig 2a, 2c and 2f ; S2 Table ).

The experimental group had a shorter I-III interval of auditory brainstem responses with 16-kHz tone burst stimulation than the control group that was of borderline significance.

In relating the accessibility values of the UCLs with their socio-economic characteristics, we observed the following: There is an increasing trend of accessibility values originating from the eastern coast cities, particularly, from Brisbane, Sydney, and Melbourne.

Later survey years (2011–2014) showed a trend towards earlier chronotypes on average based on smaller peaks (earlier MSF We ) in adolescent groups but this was not significant (linear regression model; survey year: b = -0.001, year*age: b = -0.0002, year*sex: b = -0.016, year*age*sex = 0.002, all p > 0.05).

The non-significant time-zone interaction term for richness and Hill’s N1 diversity suggests that both metrics have not yet converged within the four years following the oil spill, although the persistent increases in diversity within the impact zone from 2010 to 2014 suggest a possible trend toward recovery for this variable.

The 395 genes with reduced expression in eWAT of Mest pKO mice showed highly significant associations with immune system processes (Padjusted <10 −10 ) including defense, immune, inflammatory and stress responses whereas genes with increased expression in eWAT of Mest pKO mice (n = 301) showed enrichment for single-organism metabolic processes (Padjusted<10 −3 ) including oxidation-reduction, organic acid metabolism; and, fatty acid, acyl-CoA, thioester and monocarboxylic acid metabolism ( Fig 8B ).

The cerebral DA levels showed a decreasing trend although the mRNA levels of th (DA synthesizing enzyme) and dard1a (DA receptor) genes were not altered from adolescence to adulthood.
