With the development of blueberry fruits and the enhancement of light intensity, the activities of PAL, CHI, DFR and UFGT in blueberry fruits in this study showed an increasing trend, which was consistent with the change trend of anthocyanin content in blueberry fruits, and there was a significant or extremely significantly positive correlation between the activities of the four enzymes and anthocyanin content.
Compared with fresh mulberry fruit, the content of mulberry fruit showed a decreasing trend after different drying treatments, but the retention of these components by vacuum freeze-drying was better than that by hot air drying, which may be because hot air drying would promote the Maillard reaction and Strecker degradation reaction of amino acids in mulberry fruit, resulting in the loss of amino acids [ 34 ].
Overlap of cultivation site likelihood with species of concern The significant degree of overlap of predicted grow-site likelihood with modeled habitat of Pacific fisher, northern spotted owl, and Humboldt marten demonstrates there may be significant risks to these species from illegal cannabis cultivation, especially stemming from toxicant exposure.

Statistical analysis of obtained results demonstrated that, RhoA, CTNNB1, and SPINK1 showed great potential to be used as biomarker for comparison of late-stage hepatic cirrhosis and early-stage HCC having cirrhotic background with a highly significant 3.34, 3.2 and 3.18-fold change while IFITM3 and SERPIND1 also gave significant results, both showing 2.24-fold change.
This matched the mean size observed during line transect sampling (1.9 whales, SE = 0.17, CV = 0.09), in which group size appeared to be slightly higher in the central inner channels (Squally Channel mean = 2.04, SE = 0.17, CV = 0.08) than in outer channels (Caamaño Sound mean = 1.86, SE = 0.34, CV = 0.18), though this difference fell short of significance (S6 Table in S1 File ).
Even though the carry-over effect is only marginally significant, we suggest a cautious interpretation of the treatment effect since the encouragement message did not affect students’ motivation before their second exam (0.101 + (-0.121) = -0.020, p = 0.703); the encouragement only affected students’ first exam and was not replicated in the second exam.
