For the algorithm r 2 was set to 0.8, minor allele frequency (MAF) to >0.05 in the CEU population, and SNPs associated or approaching significance in previously published studies were force included (Table 2 ) 20 , 21 .

For the 1.1 μm-pixel-size optics, however, the difference was quite significant due to the presence of heart-induced motion artifacts that were present in the lung during the in vivo scans.

R36A immunization of Npc1 mut -tp mice showed a trend towards a decrease in the level of fibrosis (Fig. 5A ).

Applying the optogenetic stimulation to unilateral S1 for two sessions of 3 hours daily results in a highly significant decrease in mechanical hypersensitivity of bilateral hind-paws, and this effect was significant as early as 3 days after tSCI and remained stable throughout the stimulation period (Fig. 4A , p < 0.001 for both sides, repeated-meaure ANOVA followed by Bonferroni tests, n = 6 mice in each group).

DNA relaxation ensuing after either nickase or DNase I treatment results in a highly significant destabilization of the nucleosome, with different sensitivity to nicking in the salt and in the intercalator elution for H2A, H2A.X (Fig. 4C–F , Supplementary Fig.

Although clearly significant in the natural environment and engineered systems, better characterization of SMPs has proven to be challenging because the complexity of their constituents results in highly variable chemical structures, functional groups, molecular weight distribution, conformations, and surface charge 10 .

However, the total energy calculated from controlled multiple filamentation as a function of initial pulse energy exhibits a positive trend that correlates with the total emission intensity of ionic and neutral target species in Fig. 5(a) and (b) , respectively.

However, there is a slight trend of correlation decreasing as the number of walks increasing.

In southern Taiwan with a Han Chinese-dominant population, there is an increasing trend of biologics usage in miscellaneous rheumatological disorders 7 , 8 .

Cell-by-cell analysis of myogenin immunofluorescent intensity further confirmed a large and highly significant reduction in nuclear myogenin levels under conditions of GSK inhibition (Fig. 4d ).

The salinity time series presented are unique for the region and the first to document a decreasing trend in salinity on decadal scale from the coastal ocean surrounding the ice sheet.

Marginally significant ethnic differences in the prevalence of strabismus were indicated, with a P value of 0.046 (Table 2 ).
