There is a clear trend of shorter chromosomes having higher interference parameters regardless of sex; by contrast, no such relationship is seen in the fraction of events that escape interference, which is consistent with some reports in humans and mice 4 5 34 .
The RT-qPCR analysis revealed that the Per1 mRNA levels increased transiently in early arousal animals whose Tb had not reached 30 °C during rewarming after spontaneous arousal from torpor (EA), compared to deeply torpid animals with Tb of 5 to 7 °C (DT), showed a decreasing trend already in interbout awake animals with Tb of 30 to 35 °C (IA-1), and further decreased in interbout awake animals with Tb of 35 to 37 °C (IA-2) (Fig. 1 b).
Thus, in the subgroup analysis, there was a significant positive trend among women without dysglycaemia ( P for trend = 0.003), but was only marginally significant among individuals with prediabetes or diabetes ( P for trend = 0.088).
In further, the onset potential of Pb-Ir oxides presents a decreasing trend on increasing Pb contents, signifying Pb-Ir pyrocholre as a water oxidation catalyst.
Discussion Insights from BV-BRC data and comparison with global trends Our examination of MTB isolates in BV-BRC 15 unveiled a notable trend: the prevalence of resistance to second-line antibiotic drugs is markedly lower compared to that of first-line antibiotics, except for rifabutin.
However, group phenotype (LRT: χ 2 1 = 8.62, p adjusted = 0.017) was a significant positive factor in the proportion of time spent feeding on fruit, and the effect of individual phenotype (LRT: χ 2 1 = 5.27, p adjusted = 0.054) approached significance after adjusting for multiple comparisons ( n = 242 focal months, Table 1 ).
It is worth noting that during the sample period, the value of the global Moran index generally shows an increasing trend year by year, indicating that the spatial autocorrelation of the coupling coordination degree between the industrial agglomeration level and the level of energy use efficiency is becoming increasingly stronger.
Findings from these three studies suggested a decreasing trend in HCC risk with increased caffeinated coffee consumption, however, no significant association was observed between decaffeinated coffee consumption and risk of liver cancer 3 31 32 .
During the late Iron Age (BCE 640-115; Iberian Period), we observe an increasing trend in average annual HR occurrence that significantly dropped at the time of the Roman conquest of Hispania around BCE 135.
A p value < 0.05 was considered statistically significant (*), p value < 0.01 and p value < 0.001 is considered very significant (**) and extremely significant (***) respectively.
However, the confidence interval does not exclude the possibility of a positive effect meaning that music may have a positive trend to adjust motor function.
As mentioned earlier, an interesting trend identified by this analysis was that within Fraser MUs, more lipid-rich fish from every population tended to arrive earlier.
Results Figure 1a shows the area averaged summer maximum hourly precipitation rate, where the dashed line is the linear fit suggesting an increasing trend of 0.81 ± 0.22 mm/hr for every 10 years at the 90% significance level.
The power spectra of both the Niño4 and all CP El Niño indices display a decadal peak that is marginally significant at 10% significance level ( Fig. 1b ), probably owing to the short record of observations.
It has been reported that splenocytes and circulating immune cells from sepsis patients show highly significant functional impairment, demonstrated by significantly reduced cytokine secretion 24 , 25 , 26 .
Similar to DenseNet201, the values do not show a clear trend, implying that the model’s performance remained relatively stable throughout the training process.
Furthermore, high levels of free carnitine in confluent and PEsen cells may support increased lipid transport into the mitochondria, while high levels of the ketone body 3-hydroxybutyrate, often generated from excess acetyl CoA is a marker of mitochondrial β-oxidation 36 showed a trend for elevation in PEsen media.
