We found, in all cell lines analysed, a weak trend towards increasing clone dominance and decreasing diversity over time, as shown by the positive slope of the linear fit to the average H–H indexes, and a negative slope in the case of Shannon indexes, respectively (Fig. 2 e–g and Fig.
Furthermore, an overall trend of higher PL and TAG content in the CT was observed compared to FCAVD tissue as indicated by higher signal intensities in the aliphatic region, of the double bond signal (130 ppm) as well as of the CO signal in the CT spectra.
In addition, a clear trend is seen in the stirred experiments in which decreasing the reaction temperature within the explored range is advantageous to gain higher oil yields if stirring is set to a high rate.
The P-values for the 41 circulating cytokines were corrected using the false discovery rate(FDR) method, and only those with a FDR < 0.05 were deemed to have relatively convincing causal relationships, while those with FDR > 0.05 and P < 0.05 were considered nominally significant causal relationships 24 .
Relationship between the three effect measures The three different effect measures show a highly significant correlation among themselves (see Table 3 and Fig. 5 for pairwise Rho and p values).
The recent upward tendency is particularly pronounced in summer 30 , 31 ; yet, on a centennial timescale, trends are highly significant in all seasons 32 .
The H 2 O 2 content of the two cultivars showed a trend of first increasing, then decreasing, and then increasing again, but the H 2 O 2 content of IR29 was always higher than that of HH11 over the 48 h time period (Fig. 2 E).
The findings are as follows: First, the overall carbon emission intensity in China shows a decreasing trend from 2010 to 2020, with the average dropping from 3.09 in 2010 to 1.98 in 2020; Second, the spatial autocorrelation results reveal that the level of technological innovation and carbon emission intensity in China are obviously aggregated in the global spatial distribution pattern.
A decreasing trend was observed through the whole study period and a big drop occurred around week 26, which was the end of Phase I (i.e., end of financial incentives).
Although social isolation, heart rate and AST were borderline significant, we also included them in the construction of the nomogram, considering their clinical importance, without compromising the discriminative ability of the model.
Social isolation, self-care ability, comorbidities, body temperature, heart rate, Glasgow Coma Scale (GCS), procalcitonin (PCT), aspartate aminotransferase (AST) and diarrhea were found to have a significant or near-significant association with worse prognosis among hospitalized CHS patients.
The interaction between pH and antibiotic concentration in aqueous solution demonstrates a positive trend up to pH 7 and a negative trend from pH 7 to 9, as shown in Fig. 20 i, j.
The gray values showed an increasing trend during the pre-pressure period and a decreasing trend on the CRTT at the three time points after decompression, a finding consistent with the macroscopy results (Fig. 5 ).
For IgG antibodies directed to the SARS-CoV-2 S1 protein, we found an overall trend towards higher IgG antibody levels in patients belonging to a more severe disease category, with a statistically significant difference between patients belonging to the moderate and the asymptomatic/mild subgroup (p = 0.0020) (Fig. 1 b).
