The higher percentage of IL-13 from psoriatic CD4+ Tregs was significant or nearly significant compared to control Tregs (Fig. 9E ).

We observed an interesting trend in the expression pattern of the first repeat in the CRISPR array.

We do not have sufficient CH 4 data (n = 13) to see a clear trend relative to the salinity but the average CH 4 concentration (523.1 ± 1,231 nM; Table 1 ) in the SGD is clearly higher than that in the local surface seawater (240 ± 554 nM; Table 1 ).

Quantitatively, the p65 activity calculated from the average intensity value in inflamed NP cells was shown to have an increasing trend by potential contributing factors derived from macrophages and most of the detected activity was located in the nucleus at 45 and 60 min compared with naïve NP cells (Fig. 3B ).

Group comparisons were considered to be statistically non-significant (ns) if the calculated P-value was greater than 0.05, significant (*) with P = 0.01 to 0.05, very significant (**) with P = 0.001 to 0.01 and extremely significant (***) when the P-value was less than 0.001.

We selected highly significant DEGs from among the metabolic genes mapped onto the iRno model based on a strict FDR cut-off of less than 0.05.

Nevertheless, an interesting trend was observed: 4 of 5 device-associated infection isolates belonged to CC3 (VT T 16).

After injection of the high dose, HW/BW ratios showed a trend towards an increased HW/BW ratio, both at 2 and 4 weeks after injection (Fig. 2A ).

We also detected an increasing trend in the number of condensed nuclei (a marker of apoptosis) in the treated parasites with the increase of treatment dose (Fig. 2E ).

Urea- 15 N ( 15 NU) transformation in the organic nitrogen fractions and their relationships in paddy soil of mono-rice based cropping system The simple correlation analysis showed that residual 15 NU was extremely significant and positively correlated with amino sugar nitrogen- 15 N (ASN- 15 N) and acid hydrolysable ammonia nitrogen- 15 N (AHAN- 15 N) in paddy soil at tillering stage (Table 5 ).

The main effects of treatments and their interactions (reciprocal and trilateral effects) on mentioned traits were highly significant.

Despite substantial estimated heritability, only variants in the GLRA3 gene have been genome-wide significantly associated ( p -value < 5 × 10 −8 ) with diabetic albuminuria, in Finnish individuals with type 1 diabetes; However, replication attempt in non-Finnish Europeans with type 1 diabetes showed nominally significant association in the opposite direction, suggesting a population-specific effect, but simultaneously leaving the finding controversial.

Note that all four of these conditions remain at least marginally significant after Bonferonni correction for 7 total comparisons (critical alpha value = 0.0071).

3(f) shows a decreasing trend as the distance from the defect increases with maximal depth going from ≈25 nm to ≈2 nm and interposed minimal depths ranging from ≈6 nm to ≈0 nm.

For the average distance between the molecule and surface a decreasing trend between points 1 and 3 is present (see Fig. 1 ).

An age of 40+ also increased the risk of being in Group 2 (RR = 4.17) but this association was not quite significant and was relevant to <10% of the cohort.

However, while percentages of Rho low showed a trend to be slightly lower than the corresponding to Rho − cells in basal conditions, this tendency was opposite in PMA-treated cells (Fig. 5c ).

Thus, it was highly significant to understand the food taking patterns of each beagle so as to design rationalized study for the food effects on drug absorption (Fig. 1 ).

An obvious trend that can be observed in Fig. 5 is that the term combinations with more terms are prone to a higher coverage, and vice versa.
