In normal chow Huh7 tumours, there was a decreasing trend of haematoxylin staining in the drug-treated tumours (Fig. 7 ), however overall this was non-significant.

The results indicate that the effects of Time, Baseline BMI, HAART initiation group, baseline viral load, and the number of sexual partners on the patient’s CD4 count were found to be highly significant in both fitted models.

Conclusions The SL of the PR exhibited an increasing trend in 1980s and has exhibited a significant decreasing trend since 1990s, while the WD of the river did not show any significant trend.

Likewise, we observed a good correlation between depth or soil age and alpha diversity indices, as all diversity estimates showed a decreasing trend with increasing depth/age (Fig. 3 ).

The levels of the inflammation markers IL-6 and the NLR showed an increasing trend during the following days after TCZ initiation in non-responders, and peaked several days afterwards; by contrast, they remained relatively stable in patients with favorable outcome.

The same occurred with D-dimer, an independent predictor of hospital death in patients with COVID-19 26 , that reflects a pro-coagulant state and increased thrombotic risk associated with severe disease in COVID-19 27 , and which only showed a decreasing trend in patients responding to TCZ.

However, recent studies in Asia showed higher rates and an increasing trend among the 3rd-generation cephalosporin-resistant E. coli isolates has been reported 33 .

Although a pharmacological experiment in 3-month-old APP/PS1-Tg mice does include a survival bias, our preliminary data, to the contrary, showed an apparent trend on the improvement in working memory (Supplementary Fig.

The area covered by vegetation varied between about 15% in run AB (flood 10) and 0.075% in runs AA and BB (flood 1) displaying an increasing trend after flood 6 (see post-flood cover in Fig. 4 a).

There were weakly significant correlations for CT between environments for PT17 and PT18 ( r = 0.18*), PT17 and RH19 ( r = 0.26**), RH17 and RH19 ( r = 0.15*), PT19 and RH18 ( r = − 0.16*), and PT19 and RH19 ( r = 0.49***).

Nevertheless, both BLAST and PSIBLAST do not detect any highly significant homology between N. neivai , Lu. longipalpis or P. papatasi salivary proteins and Dsg1 14 .

As shown in Figure S1 -A, a slightly significant effect on germination was obtained by Benz, Cinn and BeTs at any tested concentration (≤ 20% of inhibition at 25, 50 and 100 μM); the same was observed for Benz and Cinn when compounds were tested for their effect on early fungal growth (Figure S1 -B; Fig. 3 ).

The second EOF mode of SST had a slightly significant (negative) correlation exclusively with the EA pattern, whilst the third EOF mode showed significant correlations with the SCAND pattern on those timescales (Table S3 ).

Recent advances in treatment success have only led to modest improvements, so relatively non-toxic adjuvants (i.e., P-AscH − ) that could improve outcome and be easily implemented in multi-center trials would be highly significant.
