Temporal ambient air temperature details complied from the India Meteorological Department ( https://mausam.imd.gov.in/ ) monitoring stations in Bangalore reveal that ambient temperature has shown an increasing trend with the alteration in landscape structure with an increase in paved surfaces (buildings, roads, etc.) and decline of natural porous surfaces (vegetation, lakes, etc.): 16 °C (Paved surfaces: 1.14%, Porous surfaces: 98.22%), to 18 °C (Paved surfaces: 7.97%, Porous surfaces: 92.03%), 19 °C (Paved surfaces: 27.3%, Porous surfaces: 72.7%), 21 °C (Paved surfaces: 37.4%, Porous surfaces: 62.26%), 28 °C (Paved surfaces: 54.42%, Porous surfaces: 45.58%) and 34 °C (Paved surfaces: 87.65%, Porous surfaces: 12.36%), which conform to LST dynamics with alteration in urban morphology (Figs. 3 and 4 ).

In the non-replanted groups, the number of effective stalks exhibited a highly significant negative correlation with the years of ratooning (correlation coefficients: GL2: − 0.907, GT44: − 0.931, YT236: − 0.756), and yield also showed a highly significant negative correlation with the years of ratooning (GL2: − 0.915, GT44: − 0.905, YT236: − 0.930).
The plot reveals a negative trend (reverse relation) where increasing riboflavin concentration corresponds to higher wavelength readings obtained from Y-wavelength, Also, the CMKY data provides additional evidence to support this observation, showing alignment with green as indicated by the following correlation: Abs (a.u.) = -0.0007 C Riboflavine + 0.073, R 2 = 0.8981 (for 0 min incubation time).
The LefSe analysis showed, that beneficial genera including Gordonibacter , Christenellaceae R7 group, Lachnospiraceae UC5-1-2E3, Oscillibacter and Ruminococcaceae DTU089 in the H25 group, Bacillus , Lachnospiraceae ASF356, Lachnospiraceae GCA 900,066,575 and Ruminoclostridium 5 in the H50 group, Clostridiales vadin BB60 group, Clostridiales family XIII AD3011 group and Epulopiscium in both insect inclusion groups, presented an increasing trend compared with those in the control group.
