In contrast, we observed a clear and highly significant up-regulation of the Cd163 cluster (Fig. 1 e, Kruskal–Wallis, p = 9.847e−6; post hoc Dunn test, p < 0.01, Braak V–VI compared to Braak 0 and II or Braak III-IV versus Braak 0) in this cohort.
Excerpts
As shown in Figure 9A , EBNA2-wt activated the promoter by about 500-fold (p = 0.0000000016), while the activation by EBNA2-ΔRG was lower but still highly significant (p = 0.000009975). hnRNP K-wt or the 5RG-mutant alone exerted a small but significant activation on the promoter construct (p = 0.000173 and p = 0.00529, respectively), while co-expression of hnRNP K-wt enhanced the EBNA2-wt-mediated activation by up to three-fold (p = 0.001675).
This overlap is highly significant ( P -value < 1e-5), especially given that Met4 ChIP-seq only shows 45 peaks throughout the entire genome.
Although Pd-MOF produced a highly significant downregulation of VEGFR2 gene expression in A549 cells compared with the untreated control ( p < 0.00001; Fig. 7 D), its inhibitory potency remained considerably weaker than that of the reference drug, sorafenib.
All correlation coefficients between these two datasets were above 0.99 (Pearson’s r ) and highly significant with p < 1e-5.
The combined effect for these inter-correlations was highly significant [Friedman ANOVA Chi Square ( N = 36, df = 2) = 72.00; p < 0.00001; Kendall Coeff. of Concordance = 1.0000 Aver. rank r = 1.0000].
There was a highly significant and very strong correlation between the TRAK and the volume encompassed by the reference isodose surface volume (15 Gy isodose) ( p < 10 −5 , rho = 0.84) ( Figure 1 ). 3.3.
The difference between the number of reading mistakes before and after the training session was highly significant (Wicoxon Test: p < 0.00001).
3-way ANOVA for mechanical thresholds as a function of animal grouping, day of test, and paw tested was highly significant for all 3 factors (for animal grouping F 2,199 = 370.; for test day F 3,199 = 157.; and for paw tested F 3,199 = 1407.; p < 10 -5 for all 3 factors), for their pair-wise interactions (p < 10 -5 ) and for their 3 way interaction (p < 10 -5 ).
DAVID 6.7 ( 17 ) and Enricher ( 18 ) were utilized to annotate the highly significant remarkable ( p < 1 × 10 −05 ) genes for functional implications. 3.
6 , 14 The increase in unhatched plus hatched with ≤ 2-fold/L1 Dpy arrest was highly significant (p < 10 −5 ) (see Materials and Methods) when comparing l et-502(ts) and fhod-1 let-502(ts) .
Microbial composition was compared across samples using Bray–Curtis dissimilarity, demonstrating a highly significant difference ( p < 10 −5 ) between feces and tissue ( Figure 1 A).
Heterogeneity analysis revealed highly significant heterogeneity ( p < 0.00001, I 2 = 88%), thus a random effects model was used for statistical analysis, and a subgroup analysis was performed according to the trial cycle.
This result is highly significant ( p < 0.00001, the Fisher’s exact test).
As expected, different subphyla harbor very different sets of TEs, as revealed by a highly significant interaction between taxonomic group and TE family ( F 38,1103 = 7.43, P < 0.00001).
As was the case with secretion, the differences in cell retention for wild-type and mutant versions of Wnt1 are highly significant (p<1×10 −5 ).
The LSL model ( Table 1 ) returned highly significant effects ( p < 0.00001) for both ES Yield and Yield Control .
Replication cohort genotyping, QC and association analysis SNPs determined to have a nominally significant association with a nevirapine hypersensitivity phenotype ( P < 1 × 10 − 5 ) in the discovery cohort were subsequently typed in the replication cohort using either the Sequenom MassArray iPLEX platform (Sequenom Inc., San Diego, CA, USA) or custom TaqMan real-time PCR SNP genotyping assays (Life Technologies, Paisley, UK) according to the manufacturer’s protocols.
A total of 259 highly significant ( P ≤ 1 × 10 –5 ) marker-trait associations (MTAs) were identified for seven phenotypic traits.
However, when we combined multiple studies of plasma t‐tau in our meta‐analysis, we observed a highly significant effect ( z = 4.69, p < 0.00001).
Single-marker FBAT analyses display only a non-significant trend in this direction, possibly due to small sample size, but confirm a highly significant divergence in allelic transmission probabilities between autistic patients and unaffected siblings at this locus (P < 1 × 10 -5 , table 5 ).
The ICI and WI showed a strong and highly significant correlation (r = 0.53141, p < 0.00001).
In multivariate analysis, a significant correlation between CRE acquisition and weeks of hospital stay was seen ( p < 0.001), however not with healthcare cost, the latter likely due to highly significant ( p < 0.00001) co-variation between healthcare cost and weeks of hospital stay.
5 C, D indicated that the correlation between estimated and ground-truth EC was highly significant ( p < 1e-5) for low NSR (NSR < 0.3) and remained significant ( p < 0.005) even for large NSR (NSR ≥ 0.3).
The analysis of 3,538 TADs revealed that 472 contained p-RCAs and 677 contained i-RCAs, of which 278 contained p-RCAs and i-RCAs within the same TAD, a highly significant association ( χ 2 = 557; p < 0.00001).
