For total abundance, the interaction between LUI and subregion explained a highly significant amount of variation ( χ 2 = 133.15, df = 27, p < 0.0001) ( Fig. 2 ), which resulted in this model having the lowest predictive error compared to simpler models.

As expected, both the total differentiation and differentiation along each of the two first axes, were highly significant (global F ST = 0.19, p <0.0001; PCA1 F ST = 0.050, p <0.0001; PCA2 F ST = 0.046, p <0.0001).
In 14 cases where we filled the three neurons (10 with prior physiology and 4 only labeled anatomically to minimize cellular damage) and reconstructed them in 3D from confocal optical sections, every feedforward neuron had more boutons contacting the contralateral M-cell than the ipsilateral one, with a highly significant difference between the two sides ( Figure 1B5 ; p<0.0001).
Temperature (T) and aging time (D) showed highly significant effects ( p < 0.0001), while humidity (H) also demonstrated a significant influence, with all three main factors falling below the 0.05 threshold.
The multi-locus model for GWAS resulted in the identification of 15 highly significant associations ( p < 0.0001) for culm strength traits.
We found highly significant ( P < 0.0001) levels of OPN (mean +/- SD, 612 +/- 106 ng/mL) in these 33 patients compared to 31 healthy subjects (409 +/- 56 ng/mL) ( Fig 5A ).
By day 4, there is a highly significant genotypic effect (25%; p < 10 −4 ) with HKZ and DKS38-16 having lower overall germination after four days than BTx623 or the NILs (Fig. 5 A).
The current study showed that there was a highly significant statistical difference between sepsis patients with AKI and sepsis patients without AKI with regard to serum creatinine and serum NGAL ( P = 0.0001), also found that some of these patients might develop loss of renal function after three days, and serum NGAL identified these patients before such loss of renal function.
The quadratic ANOVA model for 56-day compressive strength was highly significant (F = 105.49, p < 0.0001), supported by excellent fit statistics (R2 = 0.93, Adjusted R2 = 0.93, Predicted R2 = 0.91).
In addition, infection control measures and procedures to increase the ability of a hospital to respond to an epidemic and minimize the transmission of infections were highly significant ( P =0.0001), enhancing the safety of all patients and eliminating the risk of the hospital itself amplifying the COVID-19 pandemic.
The mean difference was statistically highly significant (P < 0.0001 ** ) on applying Mann–Whitney U test.

The two primary questions that we addressed in this study were (1) are there differences in the relative expression among the five AQPs within the amnion and (2) do AQP mRNA and protein levels correlate with IMA rate when IMA rate is experimentally altered? With respect to the first question, the recalculation indicated that in the control group, the highly significant difference in AQP mRNA levels ( P < 0.0001) remained with the added result that the difference in mRNA levels between AQP3 and AQP9 reached statistical significance.
