numbers of larvae per well, since when compounds were tested in duplicate there was a highly significant correlation between paired observations (P<0.0001) (data not shown).
While no significant difference was observed at lower concentrations (15.62 μg/mL, 31.25 μg/mL, and 62.5 μg/mL) compared to the control, a marked inhibitory effect emerged at 125 μg/mL ( P = 0.005) and became highly significant at 250 μg/mL, 500 μg/mL, and 1000 μg/mL ( P < 0.0001).
Association between the i-Grade and the G was highly significant ( p < 0.0001, Figure 4 ): all cases of G1 were i-Grade-Low (n = 19) whereas G2 and G3 were increasingly i-Grade-High (21%, and 58%, respectively).
These differences were highly significant (**** p < 0.0001), demonstrating preservation of sensory function with both treatments.
We found that the amount of free MG per mg of protein in tumor reached 58.70 +/− 11.98 nmoles, whereas it was 38.98 +/− 7.40 nmoles in normal lung tissue, a highly significant difference ( p < 0.0001).

Furthermore in the hanging wire grip test requiring strength and coordination the FE65/FE65L1-DKO mice had a significantly lower latency to fall compared to WT mice, while single KOs, which also showed a trend towards a lower latency to fall, were not significantly different from WT mice ( Fig. 1c , p = 0.0001).
We initially compared the two genotypes including all the trials, and we observed a strong trend towards increased latency in juvenile Scn2a +/− female mice (two‐way repeated measure ANOVA on both days, F (4.177, 154.5) = 8.796, p < 0.0001 for trial effect, F (1.37) = 3.895, p = 0.056 for genotype effect and F (5.185) = 0.4196, p = 0.83 for genotype × trial interaction), but no difference in adult mice (two‐way repeated measure ANOVA on both days, F (3.460, 86.51) = 4.052, p = 0.0068 for trial effect, F (1.25) = 0.9008, p = 0.35 for genotype effect and F (5.125) = 0.51, p = 0.7693 for genotype trial interaction).

MPS decreased from 5.36 ± 2.85 at baseline to 3.94 ± 2.69 at one-year follow-up, thus undergoing a highly significant change (p < 0.0001) ( Figure 5A ).
Pro; OR: 1.12, 95% CI: 0.90-1.75), a recent observational cohort study showed a highly significant association between the R72 variant (G allele) and PCa risk (OR: 7.937; 95% CI: 5.37-11.0, p<0.0001) in a Caucasian population, but no statistically significant enrichment of the R72 variant in patients with higher Gleason score disease (≥8) [ 29 , 30 ].
However, comparing adherence trends in the subsamples with comorbid ADHD (n = 117) and without ADHD (n = 62) showed that the association between younger age and poor adherence was highly significant in the subsample with ADHD (OR = 0.57, 95% CI 0.45-0.73, p < .0001) and nonsignificant in the subsample without ADHD (OR = 1.08, 95% CI 0.80-1.47, p = .6).
