Excerpts
Finally, logistic regressions show no significant relationships between phenotypic and environmental values at the outset (pseudo- R 2 s ≈ 0.0, P values > 0.1), but show highly significant relationships at the ends of the simulations ( P < 0.0001 for all values of Φ), with the amounts of variation explained increasing as a function of selection strength (pseudo- R 2 = 0.327 for Φ = 0.01, 0.376 for Φ = 0.05, and 0.406 for Φ = 0.1).
Although a statistical comparison of these two subgroups was not included in the original paper, we performed this comparison using data provided in the manuscript, which was statistically highly significant (Fisher’s exact test; p = 0.0001).
As shown in Table 5 , the model was highly significant, with an F -value of 30.75 and p < 0.0001, suggesting that it adequately describes the relationship between the independent variables and ZEN lactonase activity.
There is consistently more D1 dimensions in Group II as compared to Group I in each of interdental sites and these differences were found to be statistically significant for PM/CA, CA/LI and LI/CI while the difference was highly significant with CI/CI, CI/LI, LI/CA and CA/PM (p < 0.0001). 5 Discussion In search of definitive guidelines for attaining esthetics in relation to the proportionate existence of white and pink components, several clinical trials have been reported in the literature pertaining to PCA locations ( de Castro et al., 2006 , Sarver, 2004 ).

Satisfaction and Perceptions of Quality and Patient Safety Course and Implemented Activities A pre–post analysis of 51 students’ responses using the McNemar test revealed a highly significant positive change in their perceptions towards the quality and patient safety course ( p < 0.0001).
A highly significant effect of both Time and Group factors on SCC was also observed over the trial ( P < 0.0001).
The difference between the obese ZDF group and the STZ-treated WT group was highly significant ( fa/fa : liver +45%, p < 0.0001; kidney + 64%, p < 0.0001).
A highly significant difference (p < 0001, by unpaired t -test) was observed between ThT fluorescence before and after fibril formation, and this difference was greater than 4 fold for both fibril types tested.
A highly significant positive trend in hatchability was observed for the brown layer line ( P = 0.0001), with hatching rates increasing from 52% at ED4 to 87% at ED7.
We also found a positive and highly significant correlation between fT3 and estradiol ( R = 0.53: p value < 0.0001) (Fig. 4 , Panel E).
5 ) compared with patients in the control group was also highly significant (44.0% vs. 7.4%, P < 0.0001).
The results suggest that the change of extraction temperature had highly significant effects on the yield of polyphenols ( p < 0.0001) from the bamboo shoots of Phyllostachys pubescens under microwave irradiation.
Over-representation analysis (ORA) of these lists, performed using the Web-based GEne SeT Analysis Toolkit ( http://www.webgestalt.org ) [ 33 ], demonstrated a highly significant enrichment ( P < 0.0001) of the cell component gene ontology category “mitochondrion” for let-7c-5p and miR-155-5p downregulated targets, with a cluster of 26 and 8 genes, respectively (Tables 1 and 2 ).
A parallel medium-challenge assay, performed with blood meals containing 0.1 to 0.2% gametocytemia, resulted in highly significant reduced oocyst and sporozoite prevalence ( P < 0.0001 and P = 0.0002, respectively).
Performing Chi-square tests ( Table 7 ), we find that uric acid has a highly significant relation with gender ( P < 0.0001), but it does not show statistically significant relation with age ( P = 0.684), height ( P = 0.051), weight ( P = 0.996), diet ( P = 0.904), and residential inhabitant ( P = 0.551). 4.
An analysis of variance, with sense of closeness as the dependent variable and all nine variables as factors, was highly significant (F 11,17 = 25.89, p < 0.0001).
The observed increases in coronary pressure gradient, stenosis resistance, and flow velocity did not reach statistical significance; however, the diastolic velocity–pressure gradient relation was consistent with a significant increase in relative stenosis severity (k coefficient, P <0.0001), in keeping with exercise-induced vasoconstriction of stenosed epicardial segments and dilatation of normal segments, with trends toward reversal with nitroglycerin.
Seroprevalence showed an increasing trend ( p < 0.0001) starting in the younger age groups: 6–9 years: 84.1%; 10–14 years: 88.7%; 15–19 years: 89.3%; 20–39 years: 93.1% and >40 years: 97.0%.

Two-way ANOVA Sidak’s multiple comparisons test was used to compare the mean of three values obtained from three independent conditions, using GraphPad Prism version 7 (GraphPad Software, La Jolla, California, U.S.); * p < 0.05 indicates a significant result; ** p < 0.01 a very significant result, *** p < 0.001 a highly significant result; and **** p < 0.0001 an extremely significant result. 3.
