Differences in the percentage of eggs hatching over time for the non-sterile and sterile WOL infusions were highly significant ( F = 105.27; df = 5, 40; P <0.0001).

In both species there is a highly significant increase of segmental duplications around inversion breakpoints as compared to the genome-wide average ( p < 0.0001 in both genomes).
The difference in the means across all observers was highly significant ( P < 0.0001) both for the vBS and the OSS.
The BMD measured at the right first molar tooth within the alveolar bone showed a highly significant regression with age (brightness = 166.8 − 1.3 × age, r = 0.65, P < 0.0001).
A consistent and highly significant reduction of ALP levels was observed following GFT505 treatment in both studies (S1 −16.4% [−∞ to −12.4]; S2 −24.5% [−∞ to −19.1], all P < 0.0001) ( Tables 2 and 3 and Fig. 1 D ).
Whilst the p-values for model performance were borderline in the three test-back cohorts individually, the consistent performance over all four cohorts was highly significant (p < 0.0001, Table 4 ).
Overall there was a highly significant difference between the two groups of donors as determined by two‐way ANOVA ( p < 0.0001) (Fig. 3 ).
To determine the structure validity of the scale, an exploratory factor analysis was performed, and the Kaiser–Meyer–Olkin measure was found to be 0.89, and the Bartlett test yielded extremely significant results ( χ 2 = 3026.233; p < 0.0001).
For lnRMSSD, the self-paced cognitive task was not significantly different from the recovery resting (i2−i4: P = .87, d = .16) but it was from the final resting (i4−i5: P < .01, d = .23). The level of the task under time pressure (i3) was between those of the teaching interval and the others, with highly significant differences ( P -values <.0001, d = .29 to .52) from all of them.
The difference is highly significant using the Wilcoxon signed-rank test (Bonferroni corrected, p<0.0001).
Variances between the two seasons were highly significant ( P < 0.0001) for the two traits, contributing 26.2% and 50.7% to the total phenotypic variance for SSR and PE, respectively (Table 2 ).
The Log rank test indicated highly significant differences in survival among the three groups (p < 0.0001).
Group category had a highly significant influence on WMS total scores ( p < 0.0001), whereas sex narrowly reached significance level ( p = 0.05).
At day 2 the mean number of heterophils was similar in both groups but the control wounds showed a rapid decline during the following days, whereas in the insulin-treated wounds the number of heterophils remained unchanged through the first week of healing and differences in mean counts were highly significant at day 7 ( P < 0.0001).
Conversely, treatment with 20 μg/mL oleacein reduced the mean lifespan by 34% relative to control S-base and DMSO; this was an effect that was highly significant (LogRank p > 0.0001).
In that study, NGR was found to have highly significant associations with BOAS in the bulldog breeds (French Bulldogs p<0.0001, Bulldogs p<0.0001), but not Pugs (p>0.05).
These metabolites were also found to be highly significant based on the univariate statistical analysis, after correction for multiple testing (Benjamini-Yekutieli correction) with corrected p -values < 0.0001 for each differential metabolite.
Whereas centrosomal pT676 staining in cells expressing GFP alone was essentially the same as in untransfected cells (the median value of F pT676 (GFP+)/ F pT676 (GFP–) was close to 1), there was a twofold reduction in centrosomal pT676 in cells expressing GFP-Cetn3 ( Figure 10B ), and the difference between GFP and GFP-Cetn3 was highly significant ( p < 0.0001).
However, when we transiently expressed a constitutively active form of Rab8a, using the same promoter (t aCP:mCherry-Rab8aCA ), we observed highly significant rescue of OS development in the mutant PRs expressing this transgene (Fig. 6D–D’ and red circles in E, p < 0.0001, Student’s t -test), with a majority of expressing PRs now displaying a nicely elongated OS.
Pearson’s chi-square test revealed a highly significant difference between groups ( χ 2 (2) = 60.0, p < 0.0001), and Fisher’s exact test was also performed and confirmed the statistical significance of the association ( p < 0.0001).
Using a simple two-hit model to account for the difference in chromosome number, and the ratio of break points attributable to translocations and intrachromosomal rearrangements in mammals to estimate the expected number of translocations in nematodes, the failure to observe any validated translocation events in nematodes is highly significant ( p < 0.0001).
Three weeks post-challenge, Ly6C + T EFF cells mediated a highly significant 204-fold reduction in parasite load in the ear (p<0.0001) and a 122-fold reduction in the dLN (p<0.0001) versus non-transferred control animals ( Fig. 7F ).
As shown in Table 2 , the first canonical function (F1) had the highest eigenvalues and was highly significant across all fertility scales (Bartlett’s test, p < 0.0001), concentrating most discriminatory information.
